KESBANG.COM, TEMANGGUNG – Kantor Kesatuan Bangsa dan Politik (Kesbangpol) Kabupaten Temanggung meminta agar seluruh organisasi kemasyarakatan (ormas) tetap bersikap netral dan independen menjelang datangnya pemilihan umum kepala daerah (pilkada) serentak tahun 2018.

Bahkan, Kasi Politik dan Kewaspadaan Nasional, Kesbangpol Kabupaten Temanggung, Sri Widada melontarkan ultimatum apabila hal tersebut dilanggar, Pemkab akan menjatuhkan sanksi tegas kepada ormas bersangkutan atau yang terindikasi mengambil sikap memihak salah satu calon.

“Sesuai AD / ART setiap ormas tidak boleh memberikan sikap mendukung salah satu pasangan calon atas nama ormas itu sendiri,” tegasnya, Senin (25/9).

Ia membeberkan, tindakan yang nantinya akan diberikan oleh pemerintah cukup beragam. Mulai dari teguran keras hingga pencabutan surat keterangan tercatat (SKT) ormas yang tidak netral.

Lanjutnya, meski telah diatur secara jelas, namun hal tersebut tidak berlaku bagi organisasi sosial (orsos) yang berada di bawah naungan partai politik (parpol) tertentu mengingat orsos yang berafiliasi dengan parpol tertentu memiliki posisi dan AD / ART yang sudah jelas.

“Beda antara ormas dengan orsos di bawah naungan partai tertentu,” tukasnya.

Berbicara lebih jauh masalah pemilukada, Sri Widada meminta agar para pimpinan Partai Politik (Parpol) di Kabupaten Temanggung lebih jeli dalam menampilkan sosok atau tokoh yang nantinya akan diusung.

Jeli yang ia maksud adalah jangan sampai sosok yang diusung nanti adalah kader karbitan yang tidak pernah mengikuti proses di dalam kepartaian atau belum teruji kepemimpinanya. Terlebih, tokoh menarik dapat mengurangi apatisme masyarakat dalam memilih karena mereka pasti berharap calon pemimpin yang dipilih bisa membawa perubahan.

Pihaknya juga meminta agar kalangan Parpol, baik pengurus dan kader partai harus mengetahui aturan main pemilu atau UU Pemilu, baik dalam Pemilihan Bupati (Pilbub) Temanggung maupun Pemilihan Gubernur (Pilgub) Jateng 2018.

“Mengusung calon tidak boleh asal-asalan, harus jelas rekam jejaknya, kualitasnya, wawasanya dan kepemimpinanya, karena mereka akan memimpin sebuah daerah beserta instansi dan lembaga di dalamnya,” pungkasnya. (van)
