Medan.suarakita.id-Polda Sumatera Utara sedang mendalami laporan seorang transpuan bernama Kamal Ludin yang diduga menjadi korban dugaan pemerasan oleh oknum Polda Sumut.
“Dari laporan SPKT yang diterima saat ini sudah ditindaklanjuti oleh penyidik Ditreskrimum. Dimana materi laporan yang dilaporkan terkait adanya dugaan pemerasan oleh oknum anggota Polri,” sebut Kabid Humas Polda Sumut Kombes Pol Hadi Wahyudi didampingi Kabid Propam Kombes Pol Dudung, Selasa (27/6/2023) siang.
“Prosesnya berjalan dan kita tunggu proses yang sedang dilakukan oleh teman-teman penyidik dari Ditrreskrimum,” tambah dia lagi.
Karena terlapor merupakan anggota Polri, sambung Hadi, Kapolda Sumut Irjen Pol Panca Putra Simanjuntak sebagai pucuk pimpinan langsung merespon cepat laporan dan pengaduan korban.
“Karena ini menyangkut dugaan keterlibatan oknum anggota Polda Sumut bahwa pimpinan Kapolda sudah mengambil langkah dan merespon dengan cepat terkait peristiwa dan dugaan yang terjadi,” ucapnya.
Begitu laporan dugaan pemerasan itu masuk ke Polda Sumut, sambung Hadi, tim Dumas dari Inspektorat Pengawasan Daerah dan Bidpropam Polda Sumut yang dipimpin oleh Kombes Pol Bostang Panjaitan langsung merespon cepat.
“Beberapa saat setelah laporan itu masuk kemudian ditindaklanjuti oleh inspektorat pengawasan daerah karena ini menyangkut anggota Polri dengan mencoba untuk mendatangi pelapor untuk mencari atau mendalami informasi terkait peristiwa yang terjadi,” ujar dia.
Selain itu, kata dia, Bidang Propam Polda Sumut juga telah melakukan pemeriksaan terhadap empat orang oknum Polda Sumut yang diduga melakukan pelanggaran atas laporan dugaan pemerasan itu.
“Di lain sisi penyidik propam juga secara berkesinambungan sudah melakukan pemeriksaan terhadap empat orang oknum anggota Polda Sumatera Utara yang disebutkan di dalam laporan saudara K alias D dan rekannya. Itu masih berjalan dan saat ini pemeriksaan masih berjalan.
Dari hasil pemeriksaa sementara terhadap oknum yang diduga melakukan pemerasan itu, sambungnya ada terindikasi melakukan pelanggaran.
“Dari hasil sementara tentu indikasi ada dugaan keterlibatan atau dugaan pelanggaran sudah menjadi komitmen Kapolda Sumatera Utara untuk melakukan penindakan secara tegas. Jadi kita tidak mentolerir, bapak Kapolda tidak mentolerir jika ada oknum-oknum yang terlibat atau berperilaku tidak baik yang mencoreng nama institusi,” ungkapnya.
Berita sebelumnya, seorang transpuan bernama Kamal Ludin mengaku diperas oleh diduga oknum polisi. Aksi kejadian itu terjadi di Markas Komando Polda Sumut.
“Kami melaporkan atas adanya dugaan tindak pidana pemerasan dan rekayasa kasus,” sebut pengacara Kamalludin, Marselinus Duha di Mapolda Sumut, Jumat (23/6/2023).
Tapi sambung dia, pihak SPKT Polda Sumut hanya menerima laporan soal dugaan pemerasan saja. “Dalam pembuatan laporan ini yang diterima adalah pasal pemerasannya. SPKT Polda Sumut tidak menerima laporan kita terkait rekayasa kasus karena Polda Sumut harus ada yang melapor kasus itu. Walaupun kita berbeda pendapat, namun kita tetap menerima,” ujar dia didampingi Kamalludin.
Sambil menunjukkan surat laporan nomor STTLP/ B/ 758/ VI/ 2023/ SPKT/ Polda Sumut, dia menjelaskan kalau, kliennya diamankan oleh sejumlah oknum Polda Sumut pada tanggal 19 Juni 2023.
“Terkait kasus ini di mana kepolisian kurang lebih ada 8 orang turun ke lapangan melakukan pemerasan terhadap kedua klien saya ini. Di mana terjadi di Polda Sumut sendiri sekitar tanggal 20 dan dilakukan penangkapan tanggal 19 Juni,” ungkapnya.
Menurut dia, para oknum polisi itu awalnya meminta uang kepada klienngnya sebesar Rp100 juta. “Namun tidak sanggup dan ketakutan akhirnya si klien meminta penawaran Rp35 juta, namun akhirnya putus di Rp50 juta. Karena ketakutan mereka mengirim Rp50 juta dengan transfer melalui bank,” pungkasnya.(AVID/humas)
