4 Tahun Tak Jelas, Poldasu Perintahkan Polres Binjai Gelar Pra Rekontruksi Kasus Pembakaran Anak

MEDAN, – Satreskrim Polres Binjai, Unit Perlindungan Perempuan dan Anak dan Tim Inafis Polres Binjai menggelar Pra Rekontruksi kasus pembakaran yang dilakukan oleh Y kepada seorang anak yang bernama R alias L, Selasa 20 September 2022.

Kasus yang sempat mengendap selama 4 tahun di Polres Binjai ini memulai babak baru akibat adanya atensi dari Kapolda Sumatera Utara Irjend Pol R.Z Panca Putra Simanjuntak pada saat acara Forum Anak Nasional V di Hotel Madani Medan,

Pada saat itu Orang tua korban bersama korban L langsung meminta pertolongan kepada orang nomor satu di Polda Sumut itu.

Secara spontan orang nomor satu di Polda Sumut itu meminta Kasubdit Renakta untuk memantau perkembangan perkara, memanggil penyidik Unit PPA Polres Binjai dan memberikan layanan pemulihan kesehatan di RS Bhayangkara Medan.
Dongan N Siagian Koordinator Tim Advokasi Peduli Laras (TAMPAR) meminta agar kasus ini segera di tindak lanjuti karena sudah lama membatu di Polres Binjai.

Menurutnya dengan Pra Rekontruksi tadi sangat jelas peran dari Pelaku yang membakar tangan korban dengan cara mengikat dengan tali plastik lalu membakarnya jelas-jelas merupakan suatu tindak pidana.

Bahkan Menurut keterangan Penyidik tadi pelaku sudah di tetapkan Tersangka Namun tidak dilakukan penahanan. Sehingga Tampar sendiri meminta kepada Penyidik Polres Binjai untuk segera melakukan penahanan terhadap Tersangka. Tampar sendiri akan terus memantau kasus ini agar pihak penyidik dengan cepat melengkapi kekurangan-kekurangan dalam penyidikan.

Sementara Munirrudin Ritonga Ketua Lembaga Perlindungan Anak Sumut sangat mengapresiasi kinerja Polda Sumut, LPA Sumut bangga dengan Kapolda Sumut Irjend Pol R.Z Panca Putra Simanjuntak yang cukup memberikan perhatian kepada Korban pembakaran R alias L.
