1. Mentimun

Cara Membuat Ramuan:

Pilih Mentimun yang masih segar. Pastikan kulit mentimun berwarna hijau tanpa bintik-bintik kuning atau hitam. Mentimun yang berwarna kekuningan atau layu menunjukkan bahwa mentimun tersebut kurang segar. Iris memanjang mentimun setebal kurang lebih 1 cm. Makan 2 potong setiap 2 jam untuk menyembuhkan kelebihan asam lambung.

Anda dapat makan irisan mentimun lebih banyak atau sedikit tergantung pada keparahan gejala.

Kupas kulit dan buang biji mentimun untuk menjaga kesegaran dan kandungan nutrisinya. Campur mentimun dengan bahan-bahan lain yang juga berkhasiat meredakan keasaman lambung, seperti yogurt, wortel, mint, atau bawang putih mentah.

Cara lain, campur 1 cangkir yoghurt dan setengah buah mentimun parut dengan garam, merica, dan bawang putih secukupnya.
Anda bisa mencampurkan saus ini pada salad atau roti untuk mencegah keasaman lambung.

Gunakan irisan mentimun dalam salad, tapi jangan terlalu banyak menggunakan cuka untuk menyembuhkan keasaman lambung.
Cuka yang terlalu banyak hanya akan membuat lambung semakin asam.

2. Kunyit

Sifat-sifat kunyit yang dapat menyembuhkan luka sudah dilaporkan sejak tahun 1953. Studi kasus untuk sakit perut akibat tukak lambung yang telah dilakukan, setelah 12 minggu pengobatan, 88{45665f7ba399c739ef45db4b0b7facf8fd556e2bf7e2dcb92040db98cbf17eb2} pasien yang menerima pil kunyit (3 pil, yang setara dengan 4 g) memperlihatkan perbaikan yang signifikan.

Caranya:
Siapkan kurang lebih 2 jari tangan kunyit. Dikupas dan dibersihkan, diparut, dan ditambah air matang. Setelah itu, diperas melalui kain bersih. Hasilnya didiamkan dan diambil airnya.
Dalam sehari diminum 2 kali, masing-masing satu ramuan.
Meminumnya pagi sebelum makan dan malam sebelum tidur.

3. Kacang Hijau

Kacang hijau juga sangat bermanfaat untuk pengobatan sakit maag karena mampu menebalkan lapisan lambung. Selain itu, juga bisa menetralkan kadar asam lambung yang berlebih. Cara mengkonsumsinya cukup makan bubur kacang hijau buatan sendiri yang tanpa santan. Usahakan jangan terlalu lama memasaknya. Makan bubur tersebut secara rutin pagi dan sore hari.

 4. Kencur

Caranya: Ambil lebih kurang1 jari rimpangnya. Rimpang dicuci bersih dikupas dan dikunyah dengan garam seperlunya. Sesudah halus dikunyah, kencur ditelan, kemudian minum air hangat.
Lakukan 3 kali dalam sehari secara rutin.

5. Pisang Raja

Buah ini mampu melindungi selaput lendir lambung dari asam lambung karena mengandung antitukak peptik (anti luka pada lambung). Cara menggunakannya sangat mudah :

Pilih pisang yang sudah tua tetapi belum matang. Potong pisang tersebut kecil-kecil menyerupai keripik. Jemur potongan tersebut dengan cara diangin-anginkan. Setelah kering, blender atau tumbuk hingga terlihat seperti tepung. Cara mengkonsumsinya cukup campur 2 sendok bubuk pisang tadi dengan madu asli, setelah itu diminum pada pagi dan malam hari.
