JAKARTA – Hakim Tunggal Kusno dalam sidang di Pengadilan Negeri Jakarta Selatan, Kamis, memutuskan menggugurkan permohonan praperadilan yang diajukan oleh Setya Novanto mengenai penetapan keduanya sebagai tersangka perkara korupsi dalam pengadaan KTP elektronik.

Komisi Pemberantasan Korupso (KPK) pertama kali menetapkan Setya Novanto sebagai tersangka kasus korupsi KTP elektronik pada 17 Juli 2017. Dia lalu mengajukan permohonan praperadilan mengenai penetapannya sebagai tersangka, dan hakim Pengadilan Negeri Jakarta Selatan Cepi Iskandar pada 29 September 2017 mengabulkan gugatannya, menyatakan bahwa penetapannya sebagai tersangka tidak sesuai prosedur.

KPK kembali menetapkan Setya Novanto sebagai tersangka perkara korupsi itu pada 10 November dan dia kembali mengajukan permohonan praperadilan berkenaan dengan penetapannya sebagai tersangka. (Ant)
