KESBANG.COM, GAZA – Genap 72 tahun Indonesia menikmati manisnya kemerdekaan. Genap 72 tahun yang lalu pula ucapan ‘Selamat Kemerdekaan’ datang dari Mufti Besar Palestina, Syekh Muhammad Amin al-Husain. Ucapan selamat yang sekaligus menandakan pengakuan Palestina terhadap kemerdekaan Indonesia.

Pengakuan itu punya fungsi amat krusial. Tanpa pengakuan dan dukungan dari Palestina, mungkin kemerdekaan Indonesia hanya sebatas wacana yang tak dihargai oleh bangsa lain.

Namun tak berhenti sampai di sana. Ucapan ‘Selamat Kemerdekaan’ kembali datang dari Palestina. Kado hari kemerdekaan Indonesia 2017 ini datang langsung dari Gaza.

“Eid Istiqlal, Happy Independence Day Indonesia,” ucap puluhan anak-anak Gaza serentak.

Dari Kota Gaza yang masih dikepung dan dijajah sepanjang hari dan sepanjang tahun, kado kemerdekaan itu datang tulus sekali. Berkali-kali anak-anak Gaza ini bahkan mencoba mengucapkan kalimat berbahasa Indonesia.

“Merdeka, merdeka, Eid Istiqlal Indonesia,” kata mereka, seperti dilaporkan Aksi Cepat Tanggap (ACT) melalui rilis resmi yang diterima Redaksi, Rabu (16/08/17).

Dengan lidah dan logat Bahasa Arab kentalnya, lebih sering terdengar sebagai ‘merdika’ ketimbang ‘merdeka’. Seketika, ekspresi mereka membuat haru, tawa, dan bangga menjadi satu.

Aksi Cepat Tanggap (ACT) mendapat kiriman kado kemerdekaan itu hanya berselang beberapa hari sebelum momentum puncak hari kemerdekaan Indonesia 2017.

“Kami mengajak anak-anak yatim piatu dan keluarga yatim yang ayahnya wafat sebagai syuhada. Ada sekitar 100 keluarga yatim yang ikut dalam acara perayaan hari kemerdekaan Indonesia ini,” kata seorang mitra ACT yang bermukim di Gaza.

Sore hari saat perayaan, di sebelah utara Kota Gaza, tepatnya di sebuah bangunan Sekolah Menengah Pertama Putri bernama Fatima binti Asad School, ada bendera Indonesia yang berkibar. Ada ucapan merdeka dan Eid Istiqlal yang diucapkan berkali-kali.

“Kami ceritakan kepada anak-anak ini, Palestina adalah negeri pertama yang mendukung dan mengakui kemerdekaan Indonesia. Dan suatu hari nanti, Insya Allah Palestina juga akan memperoleh kemerdekaannya,” kata mitra ACT yang berasal dari Gaza itu.

Selagi merayakan kemerdekaan Indonesia dan mengirimkan doa untuk Indonesia dari Palestina, ACT dan mitra di Gaza juga memberikan kue-kue dan jus buah, satu pesta kecil untuk Indonesia tercipta di hari itu.

“Alhamdulillah mereka juga mengerti dan paham tentang Indonesia, juga sejarah perjuangan bangsanya. Mereka juga akhirnya tahu apa arti kata ‘merdeka’, yang berarti kebebasan atau kemerdekaan atau istiqlal dalam bahasa kami,” ungkap sang mitra.

Dari Gaza, sebuah kado manis sekali lagi hadir di tengah persiapan perayaan hari kemerdekaan Indonesia 2017. Berupa foto-foto anak-anak Gaza yang dilampirkan, ada doa yang juga dikirimkan dari Gaza sampai ke langit.

Palestina, terdepan bela Indonesia

Meski naskah proklamasi sudah dibacakan, 17 Agustus 1945, namuan mencari pengakuan kemerdekaan Indonesia dari bangsa lain ini tentu bukan urusan mudah. Apalagi zaman itu, alat komunikasi betul-betul terbatas. Hanya siaran radio dan lembaran surat yang bisa menjadi alat diplomasi. Tapi, Allah memudahkan niat besar bangsa Indonesia untuk merdeka.

Bung Karno dan Bung Hatta jauh hari sebelum mempersiapkan kemerdekaan sudah berkorespondensi langsung dengan tokoh-tokoh dari wilayah Timur Tengah. Tak butuh waktu lama, dukungan dan pengakuan kemerdekaan Indonesia pertama kali datang dari Palestina, bisa berlanjut ke Mesir, Suriah, Irak, Lebanon, Yaman, dan Afghanistan.

Mengutip buku “Diplomasi Revolusi Indonesia di Luar Negeri” yang ditulis oleh Ketua Panitia Pusat Perkumpulan Kemerdekaan Indonesia, M. Zein Hassan Lc, kala itu dukungan Palestina atas kemerdekaan Indonesia diwakili langsung oleh Syekh Muhammad Amin al-Husain. Seorang Mufti Besar Palestina yang mengucapkan kemerdekaan Indonesia lewat jaringan Radio Berlin berbahasa Arab.

Sejarah mencatat bahwa dukungan Palestina untuk kemerdekaan Indonesia bahkan sudah dimulai jauh hari sejak proklamasi kemerdekaan belum diucap, yakni tanggal 6 September 1944. Artinya, hampir satu tahun sebelum Indonesia benar-benar merdeka. (Setyo)
