MAKASSAR – Ketua DPRD Sulawesi Selatan, Andi Ina Kartika Sari, S.H., M.Si, mengaku, bahwa sampai sekarang pihaknya belum tahu finalnya seperti apa terkait pengangkatan Pelaksana Tugas (Plt) Gubernur Sulsel, Andi Sudirman Sulaiman menjadi Gubernur.
“Yang pasti sesuai dengan waktu tentunya, paling lambat tanggal 4 Maret 2022. Kalau minggu depan tidak ada berarti selesai. One Man Show sampai akhir,” ujar Andi Ina kepada media, sabtu (26/2/2022) malam.
“Kendalanya berada di tangan pemerintah pusat dalam hal ini presiden,” sambungnya.
Dia menjelaskan, dalam rapat pimpinan (rapim) DPRD Sulsel sudah menjadi keputusan dan menjadi bahan yang disampaikan beberapa fraksi.
Dalam keputusan tersebut meminta Pimpinan DPRD Sulsel untuk segera lagi bersurat ke Kemendagri untuk mempertanyakan sejauh mana perkembangan rencana pelantikan Plt Gubernur Sulsel.
“Makanya kemarin surat itu sudah saya tandatangani dan sebagai ketua DPRD sudah jalan mekanismena untuk sampai ke Kemendagri,” ungkapnya.
Namun, Ketua DPRD Sulsel mengaku sampai saat finalnya seperti apa? Karena selama masih plt legitimasinya masih tetap sebagai plt. Sehingga jika ada keputusan tertentu yang menjadi kewenangannya harus tetap mendapat persetujuan dari Kemendagri. “Legitimasinya terbatas, sesuai aturan,” katanya.
“Kami berharap secepatanya Kemendagri mengambil keputusan, agar pemerintahan Pak Andi Sudirman menjadi definitif,” tegasnya.
Menurutnya, bukan hanya persoalan mengisi wakil gubernur. Tapi efektif dan legitimasi pemerintahan yang belum cukup kuat sepanjang plt ini berlum defitinitif.
“Pemerintahan yang efektif kalau legitimasi sesuai aturan. Sedangkan terkait pencalonan wakil gubernur partai pengusung mencalonkan dua orang di rapat paripurna DPRD,” pungkasnya.
