Bahtiar: Timsel KPU-Bawaslu Sudah Penuhi 30 Persen Keterwakilan Perempuan

JAKARTA — Sejumlah pihak menyesalkan belum terpenuhinya kuota 30 persen perempuan dalam komposisi anggota KPU dan Bawaslu. Menanggapi itu, Direktur Jenderal (Dirjen) Politik dan Pemerintahan Umum (Pol & PUM) Kementerian Dalam Negeri (Kemendagri) yang juga Sekretaris Tim Seleksi Calon Anggota KPU dan Calon Anggota Bawaslu Periode 2022-2027 Bahtiar mengatakan, pihaknya sudah memenuhi hal tersebut.

“Ya kan sudah 30%. Kita tugasnya sudah selesai mengantarkan nama-nama itu ke DPR. Kita ucapkan selamat kepada yang terpilih. Kita jadi optimis mengenai mereka. Toh track record mereka cukup handal di kepemiluan,” ungkap Bahtiar dalam Podcast Ngobrol Seru: 725 Hari Menuju Pemilu 2024, Jumat (18/2/2022).

Bahtiar menambahkan, Kemendagri siap mendukung siapapun yang akan memimpin KPU dan Bawaslu dalam soal kerja maupun kelembagaan.

Ketika ditanya apakah komposisi yang terpilih KPU dan Bawaslu sudah tepat, Bahtiar menegaskan bukan kapasitasnya menjawab itu. “Kami bahkan sudah menyaring dan mereka semua yang kami saring itu tidak mudah. Karena memang bagus semua. Kalau bisa malah nanti kita setor empat kali jumlah komisioner biar lebih banyak pilihannya,” ujar Bahtiar.

Dikatakan dia, selama ini KPU mengajak bicara bahkan jajaran Kemendagri juga ikut membantu. Memang harus segera dilakukan konsolidasi karena pekerjaannya sudah harus dimulai di bulan Juni.

“Termasuk di dalamnya PKPU PKPU ini. Perencanaan yang harus diatur juga kan banyak dimulai dari perencanaan keuangan hingga seluruh kegiatannya,” tambah Bahtiar.

Di sisi lain, terkait anggaran Pemilu 2024, Bahtiar menekankan, hal tersebut memang ranahnya Kemenkeu dan Bappenas untuk menelaah. “Tapi kalau saya lihat memang kebutuhan kita sangat besar. Karena penduduk kita banyak, penyelenggaranya banyak dan infrastruktur di daerah itu tidak sama. Maka memang dari sekarang kami mendukung mereka. Juga mulai tahun ini kita ada Permendagri agar Pemda mulai nyicil nyimpan duitnya. Kita tahu kondisi keuangan daerah belum menggembirakan. Karena memang anggaran di luar teknis penyelenggaraan sering belum tertampung,” imbuhnya.

Namun demikian, kata Bahtiar, Penyelenggara Pemilu bersama DPR harus menghitung berapa anggaran yang dibutuhkan tahun ini, tahun depan sampai di 2024 kalau kita lihat angkanya kan kurang lebih 76 triliun.

“Ini memerlukan dukungan dari seluruh kementerian dan lembaga khususnya dari Kemenkeu dan Bappenas,” tandas Bahtiar.(otonominews)
