Sarolangun – Ditjen Dukcapil Kementerian Dalam Negeri kembali mendatangi komunitas adat terpencil Suku Anak Dalam di Kabupaten Sarolangun, Provinsi Jambi. Kedatangan Tim Dukcapil kali ini untuk mendampingi tim peneliti dari Oxford Policy Management Indonesia (OPMI) didukung oleh Bank Dunia (World Bank) melakukan studi hambatan kelompok rentan dalam mengakses layanan adminduk.

Tim GISA Jebol Pelayanan Adminduk, World Bank dan OPMI diterima langsung oleh Bupati Sarolangun Henrizal di kantor Bupati Sarolangun, Jambi, Selasa (7/3/2023).

Menurut Ketua Tim GISA Jemput Bola Pelayanan Adminduk Ditjen Dukcapil Ahmad Ridwan, studi ini bertujuan untuk mengidentifikasi hambatan dan tantangan yang dialami oleh kelompok rentan Administrasi kependudukan (Adminduk).

“Di Kabupaten Sarolangun kami akan mendatangi komunitas adat terpencil, penyandang disabilitas, orang yang tinggal dalam institusi sosial, serta rumah tangga yang dipimpin oleh perempuan dalam mendapatkan dokumen adminduk kunci seperti KTP, KK, akta kelahiran, akta perkawinan/perceraian dan surat pindah domisili,” kata Ahmad Ridwan.

Menurut Ridwan, Tim GISA Jebol Ditjen Dukcapil didampingi petugas Dukcapil Provinsi Jambi dan Kepala Dinas Dukcapil Kabupaten Sarolangun Riduan, membuka pelayanan Adminduk bagi Suku Anak Dalam dan masyarakat sekitarnya di Desa Bukit Suban, Kecamatan Air Hitam, Kabupaten Sarolangun.

Adapun hasil pelayanan hingga Selasa sore Tim GISA Adminduk Ditjen Dukcapil berhasil memberikan pelayanan sebanyak 374 dokumen kependudukan, terdiri perekaman biometrik KTP-el 115, pencetakan KTP-el sebanyak 120, pelayanan registrasi Identitas Kependudukan Digital sebanyak 19 pemohon, mencetak Kartu Keluarga 76 lembar, pencetakan SKP-WNI Keluar 2 pemohon, SKPWNI Datang 3 pemohon, cetak Akta Kelahiran sebanyak 34 pemohon, dan cetak Akta Kematian 2 pemohon.

Direktur Pendaftaran Penduduk David Yama yang turut memantau kegiatan ini mengatakan, di manapun keberadaan masyarakat rentan adminduk pastinya harus dijangkau oleh Dukcapil. “No one left behind. Baik masyarakat normal apalagi masyarakat yang memiliki hambatan dan kebutuhan khusus,” kata Direktur Dafduk David Yama.

Menurut Dirjen Dukcapil Zudan Arif Fakrulloh, pendaftaran penduduk khususnya bagi kelompok rentan adalah salah satu core terpenting dalam pelayanan adminduk.

“Hulu atau awal dari layanan adminduk adalah di pendaftaran penduduk. Maka jemput bola masyarakat rentan adminduk seperti masyarakat adat terpencil, kaum disabilitas, orang dengan gangguan jiwa (ODGJ), para lansia adalah bagian penting dan menjadi prioritas pelayanan adminduk,” kata Zudan.

Mendagri Muhammad Tito Karnavian dalam berbagai kesempatan senantiasa juga memberikan arahan agar kinerja jajaran Dukcapil dapat memberikan pelayanan yang maksimal dan membahagiakan masyarakat. Dukcapil***
