Jakarta–Hari ini dr. Tunggul P. Sihombing, MHA resmi mengadu ke Kakanwil Kemenkumham DKI Jakarta melalui kuasa

“Kita sudah mengadu dengan menyerahkan dokumen ke Kakanwil Kemenkumham DKI Jakarta terkait dr. Tunggul P. Sihombing yang diduga sangat kuat sebagai korban kriminalisasi hukum, ” jelas Jalaluddin sebagai penerima kuasa didampingi tim kerja Forum Jurnalis Peduli Keadilan (FPJK) di Jakarta, Senin (29/5/2023)

“Kami yakin Kanwil Kemenkumham sangat profesional dalam menangani hal aduan ini, ” imbuhnya

Lapas UPT Kemenkumham RI Menerima Pelaksanaan Eksekusi Perkara Tipikor & Perkara TPPU Dengan Melegalisasi Produk Mafia Hukum Yang Menjual Nama & Profesionalisme Hakim Dari Aspek Legal Formil & Aspek Materiil Melanggar Amanat UUD 1945 & UU

Dengan Hormat,

Bersama Ini Saya dr. Tunggul P. Sihombing MHA, Yang Bertempat Di LP Kelas I Cipinang Jakarta Timur Dengan Status Sebagai Warga Binaan Pemasyarakatan (Terpidana). Memberikan Kuasa Kepada Jalaluddin Tapaul Jahidin (Foto Copy KTP Terlampir), Untuk Melapor Kepada Ka Kanwil Sesuai Perihal Pokok Diatas (Gambaran Umum Perihal Lihat Lampiran I).

Adapun Pokok – Pokok Kesalahan Nyata, Yang Kami Hadapi Dapat Antara Lain:

A. Petikan/Salinan Putusan Dasar Melakukan Eksekusi Di Rutan / Lapas Dari Aspek Legal Formal Atau Administrasi Melanggar Perintah Per UU An. Hal Ini Menjadi Pokok Utama Yang Dilaporkan Dan Mohon Dilakukan Eksaminasi Dan Rekomendasi Koreksi Guna Mencegah Terjadinya Negara Melakukan Kejahatan Di Bidang Hukum (Lampiran II)

B. Proses Hukum Dan Putusan Pengadilan Disemua Tingkatan Mengabaikan Azas Manfaat,

Khususnya Tentang Aset Pribadi Yang Disita. Sejak Putusan Sudah Berkekuatan Hukum Tetap

Lebih 7 Tahun Belum Di Eksekusi. Hal Kedua Ini Tentunya Menghambat Kewajiban Dan Hak

Terpidana Yang Sudah 9 Tahun Dipenjara Untuk Mendapat Remisi (Lampiran III).

C. Selain Itu Dilaporkan Juga Kesalahan Nyata Yang Terjadi Dari Aspek Materiil (Substansi Hukum) Yang Melanggar Perintah UUD 1945 DAN UU. Hal Ini Dilaporkan Atau Dilampirkan Sebagai Bahan Pembanding Bahwa Benar Telah Terjadi Kriminilisasi Hukum Yang Malanggar Hak Azasi Manusia Dan Mengabaikan Indonesia Sebagai Negara Hukum (Lampiran IV).
