Erlangga Menjelaskan, Pada Hari senin, tgl 12 September 2022, Mendatangi Kantor Kejati Riau tepatnya di Ruang PTSP Kejati Riau, Kedatangan Kami Di terima Langsung Oleh Kasi Penyidik Kejati Riau Rizky Rahmatullah, Menurut Keterangan beliau untuk Kasus Dugaan Korupsi jual beli lahan di BUMD PT. SPS kab. siak bahwa Telah memanggil beberapa Pihak, salah satunya adalah Pemanggilan terhadap Direktur PT. SPS kab. siak bernama Bob Novitriansyah, Dalam Keterangannya, Beliau Membenarkan telah Terjadi jual beli Lahan di Kawasan Pelabuhan Tanjung buton. Sambung Kasi Penyidik Rizky Mengatakan Kasus Masih proses penyelidikan, Tim masih mencari apakah ada perbuatan melawan hukum dalam proses jual beli lahan tersebut,
Kalau materi nnti sudah selesai penyelidikan akan saya sampaikan, Yang pasti perkara ini msh dalam proses, Sedikit lama karena kami meminta keterangan ahli, tutupnya,..

Selanjutnya di lain tempat, Erlangga Juga Menjelaskan bahwa Laporan Beserta Alat Bukti telah di Layangkan Sejak 01 April 2022, dan ini akan Kita kawal Hingga Mendapat Kepastian Hukum.

Erlangga Mengkhawatirkan, Jangan Sampai Pihak2 Terkait Mengembalikan Uang Kerugian Negara Lalu Kasus di anggap selesai, ini berpotensi terjadi Pada dugaan2 Kasus sebelum nya yang pernah Mereka Laporkan.

Lebih jauh Erlangga mengatakan, Beliau menghubungi via Whatsapp kepada Kasi Penyidik Kejati Riau risky Rahmatullah pada tgl 17 Januari 2023, Beliau mengatakan hal yg sama bahwa Kasusnya masih Penyelidikan.

Erlangga mengatakan, Bukan Hanya BUMD PT. SPS yang ia laporkan, BUMD Siak PT. BSP atas dugaan gratifikasi pembangunan gedung di Jalan Sudirman Pekanbaru juga ikut di Laporkan ke Pihak Kejati Riau.

Erlangga Menjelaskan bahwa “Dugaan lahan milik negara yang dikelola oleh BUMD SPS (Sarana Pembangunan Siak) seluas 20 Hektar diduga dijual kepada PT KAPITOL sebesar Rp8,7 miliar rupiah dan 15 Hektar dijual kepada PT ORIENTAL sebesar Rp7,95 miliar rupiah. Sedangkan untuk BUMD PT. BSP (Bumi Siak Pusako) masalah dugaan suap gratifikasi pembangunan gedung sebesar Rp9 miliar rupiah dari total Nilai Pemenang Tender sebesar Rp87 miliar rupiah, ”Erlangga Menduga Bahwa Dana dugaan korupsi tersebut di gunakan untuk Pemenangan Pilkada Kab siak pada tahun 2020 lalu, tutupnya”.
