JAKARTA – Dukcapil pusat maupun daerah terus berbenah memberikan pelayanan yang terbaik bagi masyarakat. Banyak aturan mengenai persyaratan layanan kini disederhanakan, termasuk syarat keterangan RT/RW atau Desa/Kelurahan untuk mengurus pindah domisili.

Disampaikan Direktur Jenderal Dukcapil Kemendagri, Prof. Zudan Arif Fakrulloh, keterangan RT/RW hingga Desa/Kelurahan sudah dihapuskan mengacu pada Peraturan Presiden (Perpres) 96 Tahun 2018, dan Peraturan Menteri Dalam Negeri (Permendagri) 108 Tahun 2019.

“Pindah penduduk dalam satu Kabupaten/Kota, cukup menunjukan Kartu Keluarga (KK) saja. Tidak perlu pengantar apapun. Jadi, kalau ada Kepala Dinas Dukcapil yang masih meminta pengantar dari RT/RW sampai ke Desa/Kelurahan akan saya beri sanksi tegas,” jelasnya saat membuka acara Dukcapil Menyapa Masyarakat (DMM), topik “Mengurus Pindah Penduduk”, yang disiarkan langsung secara virtual melalui aplikasi Zoom dan Youtube, Sabtu (08/01/2022).

Perpindahan penduduk dalam satu Kabupaten/Kota, lanjut Zudan, juga tidak memerlukan Surat Keterangan Pindah atau SKP. Hanya penduduk yang melakukan perpindahan antar Kabupaten/Kota atau antar Provinsi yang akan dibekali SKP oleh Dinas Dukcapil asal untuk diberikan ke daerah tujuan.

Dihapuskannya keterangan RT/RW sampai Desa/Kelurahan, ungkap Zudan, bukan tanpa alasan. Data Kependudukan yang diampu Dukcapil sudah lengkap sehingga tidak memerlukan verifikasi dari RT/RW maupun Desa/Kelurahan.

“Kecuali penduduk tersebut belum terdata dalam database, maka perlu pengantar RT/RW untuk membuat NIK pertama kali,” katanya.

Oleh karena itu, Zudan menghimbau agar masyarakat betul-betul mencermati persyaratan-persyaratan yang berlaku.

Pun kepada insan Dukcapil, Zudan mengancam akan melakukan sanksi tegas bila masih ada yang meminta syarat tambahan di luar ketentuan yang berlaku.

Zudan meminta para Kepala Dinas Dukcapil untuk mengecek sampai petugas di tingkat Kelurahan/Desa atau Kecamatan, dan mengganti atau bahkan mencopot petugas yang tidak melayani dengan baik.

“Kita harus tegas karena pelayanan publik ini mutlak harus kita perbaiki agar masyarakat mendapatkan pelayanan yang terbaik dari negara,” tutupnya.(otonominews)
