Cegah Konflik, Lutfi: Pemda Diminta Aktifkan Forum Kerukunan Umat Beragama

KESBANG.COM, ACEH –  Kemajemukan masyarakat Indonesia karena faktor suku, agama, ras dan bahasa bisa merupakan berkah tetapi bisa juga menjadi masalah. Gesekan Pilkada DKI 2017 menunjukkan masih rentannya ketahanan sosial budaya ini.

Karena itu, guna menghindari terjadinya konflik di daerah, Kementerian Dalam Negeri (Kemendagri) melalui Ditjen Politik & Pemerintah Umum (Polpum) mengingatkan agar Pemda terus memberdayakan Forum Kerukunan Umat Beragama (FKUB) di daerah, Forum Kewaspadaan Dini Masyarakat (FKDM), dan Forum Pembaruan Kebangsaan (FPK).

“Saya minta agar Pemda terus melakukan dialog dengan FKUB dan elemen-elemen masyarakat lainnya untuk menjaga harmoni kebangsaan dalam bingkai NKRI,” ujar Direktur Ketahanan Ekonomi, Sosial dan Budaya, Drs. Lutfi TMA, M.Si ketika memberikan paparan pada acara Pertemuan FKUB di  provinsi dan kabupaten/kota seluruh Provinsi Aceh pada  Selasa (5/9/2017).

FKUB yang digelar di Hotel Grand Nangroe Banda Aceh ini dihadiri 100 orang peserta terdiri dari Kabin/Kakan Kesbangpol Provinsi dan Kabupaten/Kota, Ketua Forum Kerukunan Umat Beragama (FKUB) Provinsi dan Kabupaten/Kota seluruh Provinsi Aceh.

Berbicara dalam materi berjudul Penguatan Kelembagaan FKUB dalam mewujudkan Kerukunan Umat Beragama, Lutfi menjelaskan,  Menteri Dalam Negeri (Mendagri) telah membuatkan surat edaran kepada seluruh kepala daerah terkait pemberdayaan FKUB dan forum-forum masyarakat tersebut. Termasuk, mempertegas pembiayaan FKUB dan forum-forum itu dalam pedoman umum penyusunan RAPBD.

“Jadi bagi daerah yang belum memberdayakan FKUB dan forum-forum sejenisnya jangan khawatir karena ada  dukungan aggarannya,” gugah Lutfi.

Peran Strategis FKUB

Direktur Ketahanan Ekonomi, Sosial dan Budaya, Drs. Lutfi TMA, M.Si menambahkan, tugas strategis FKUB bagi pemeliharaan kerukunan umat beragama selain yang diatur dalam PBM Nomor 9 dan 8 Tahun 2006 FKUB juga dituntut agar dapat :

Pertama, tugas deteksi dini dan pemetaan gangguan kerukunan umat beragama.

Kedua, tugas meredam dan mencari solusi terhadap gangguan kerukunan umat beragama.

Ketiga, tugas mengidentifikasi dan merevitalisasi kearifan lokal yang dapat mendukung kerukunan antar umat beragama. (Zulfikri)
