Lombok Timur, – Aksi Demonstrasi terkait penolakan masyarakat adat sembalun atas penerbitan SK HGU PT Sembalun Kusuma Emas yang berlangsung pada hari Rabu tanggal 24 November Tahun 2021 lalu yang berlangsung di depan Kantor Bupati Lombok Timur. Kini berbuntut panjang, Pasalnya Bupati lombok Timur melaporkan masyarakat sendiri ke Polres Lombok Timur.

Pengacara Publik Febriyan Anindita, SH. Selaku Pengacara Publik PPMAN NTB menyatakan bahwa, Melalui surat panggilan Polres Lombok Timur Nomor ; B/2251/XII/RES.1.14/2021/Reskrim dalam hal kedudukannya untuk dimintai Keterangan terhadap dugaan tindak pidana pasal 310 Kitab Undang-Undang Hukum Pidana ( KUHAP ) di Polres Lombok Timur Tertanggal 23 Desember 2021. ungkapnya kepada awak media, Kamis (6/1).

Dikatakan Febriyan akrab disapa advocat muda ini, Sowadi alias Amaq reli secara resmi telah dilaporkan oleh Bupati Lombok Timur Bapak Sukiman Azmi karena isi orasinya pada saat aksi demonstrasi terkait penolakan masyarakat adat sembalun atas penerbitan SK HGU PT Sembalun Kusuma Emas yang berlangsung pada hari Rabu tanggal 24 November 2021 silam di depan Kantor Bupati Lombok Timur.

Dimana pada hari ini, Kamis (6/1), Sowadi alias Amaq Reli memenuhi panggilan Polres Lombok Timur didampingi oleh 2 Pengacara Publik dari Kantor Hukum Perhimpunan Pembela Masyarakat Adat Nusantara NTB (Kantor Hukum PPMAN NTB).

Lanjut, Febriyan sebagai Pengacara Publik PPMAN NTB yang mendampingi Amaq Reli mengungkapkan bahwa, Sowadi alias Amaq Reli pada aksi demonstrasi tersebut bertindak sebagai koordinator umum yg bertugas menyampaikan aspirasi masyarakat serta menertibkan jalannya aksi agar berlangsung tertib dan kondusif. terang advocat muda ini.

Dimana diketahui isi orasi yang diduga mencemarkan nama baik Bupati Lombok Timur yakni “Dengan menyebut Bupati Lombok Timur penipu,” tutur Febriyan

Namun, Amaq reli menjelaskan kepada penyidik bahwa aksi damai dilakukan ialah untuk menyampaikan aspirasi masyarakat atas permasalahan tanah yg telah diberikan ijin HGU kepada PT SKE di Sembalun.

Dimana isi aspirasi yang disampaikan pada saat aksi damai antara lain yakni,
1. Menuntut kebijakan Bupati Lotim agar berpihak kepada masyarakat sembalun atas tanah yg telah diterbitkan ijin HGU, karena tanah tersebut merupakan satu²nya tanah garapan masyarakat sejak dahulu kala.
2. Menuntut Bupati Lotim agar mencabut ijin HGU yg diterbitkan oleh Bupati Lotim. Dan mengembalikan tanah tersebut kepada masyarakat.

Amaq reli menyangkal menyebut Bupati Lotim Penipu, namun hanya menyebut Bupati Bohong. Pasalnya, Karena pada saat kampanye Pilkada, Bupati Lotim menjanjikan berpihak kepada masyarakat dengan mencontohkan Sayyidina Umar dalam memimpin.

Lebih jauh, Febriyan menjelaskan bahwa, Dasar Amaq Reli menyampaikan narasi diatas ialah untuk mengingatkan Bupati Lotim agar berpihak kepada masyarakat dan bersikap adil dalam memimpin dengan mencontoh Sayyidina Umar sebagaimana disampaikan pada saat kampanye, karena Amaq Reli merupakan salah satu yang mendukung Bupati Lotim pada saat Pilkada lalu.

Dimana pada saat itu di Tahun 2008 silam, Amaq reli pernah bertanya kepada Bupati Lotim terkait perjuangan warga atas tanah tersebut, dan Bupati menyampaikan bahwa agar tanah tersebut tetap digarap oleh warga, cetusnya.

Untuk diketahui, saat ini di HGU PT SKE telah merebut tanah amaq reli seluas 80 Are yang telah digarap bersama keluarganya secara turun temurun. tungkas Febriyan.

Sementara itu, saat dikonfirmasi melalui Whatsapp terkait kasus ini Kasat Reskrim Polres Lombok Timur, IPTU M Fajri, STr K., belom bisa memberikan tanggapan hingga berita ini ditayangkan, namun akan tetap menunggu respon atau tanggapan terkait persoalan kasus yang menimpa rakyat ini atau warga masyarakat Sembalun kecamatan Sembalun.

Kemudian begitupun dengan Sekda Lombok Timur, HM Juaini Taufik, saat dikonfirmasi melalui no WA 081997***** ini tidak ada respon sama sekali terkait persoalan yang menimpa warga masyarakatnya, Dimana warga tersebut dilaporkan oleh Bupati Lombok Timur atas dugaan pencemaran nama baik pada saat Demo persoalan Tanah Adat Masyarakat di kawasan Sembalun pada tahun Lalu.
