JAKARTA – Anggota Dewan Etik Mahkamah Konstitusi (MK) Salahuddin Wahid mengatakan pihaknya akan segera memeriksa Ketua MK Arief Hidayat terkait dugaan pelanggaran etik yang dilaporkan oleh Koalisi Masyarakat Selamatkan MK.

“Kami sudah mengagendakan pertemuan dengan Ketua MK besok (7/12) pagi dan mudah-mudahan bisa terlaksana,” ujar Salahuddin di Gedung MK Jakarta, Rabu.

Koalisi Masyarakat Selamatkan MK sebelumnya melaporkan Arief kepada Dewan Etik MK atas dugaan melakukan lobi politik dengan beberapa Anggota Komisi III DPR supaya diloloskan dari uji kelayakan dan kepatutan dan kembali dicalonkan sebagai hakim MK.

“Pada pertemuan nanti itu akan diklarifikasi oleh Ketua MK, dan kami baru mengetahui bagaimana duduk perkara sebenarnya,” ujar Salahuddin.

Salahuddin mengatakan Dewan Etik MK langsung bereaksi dan mengadakan rapat begitu mendapatkan laporan terkait dengan dugaan pelanggaran etik yang dilakukan oleh Ketua MK tersebut.

Lebih lanjut Salahuddin menjelaskan pemberitaan media massa terkait dugaan tersebut belum dapat dibenarkan karena belum ada klarifikasi dari Ketua MK.

Dewan Etik juga dikatakan Salahuddin akan mendalami laporan tersebut.

Pada saat ini MK masih menyidangkan uji materi UU MD3 terkait dengan hak angket DPR terhadap KPK.

Dalam lapo(ran Koalisi Masyarakat Selamatkan MK, dikatakan bahwa dugaan lobi politik yang dilakukan oleh Arief Hidayat salah satunya adalah menjanjikan untuk menolak permohonan uji materi tersebut, apabila dirinya kembali terpilih sebagai Hakim MK untuk periode mendatang.

Pada Rabu (6/12) pagi, Arief Hidayat menjalani uji kelayakan dan kepatutan di DPR RI sebagai calon tunggal Hakim Konstitusi.

Dalam uji kepatutan dan kelayakan tersebut sembilan fraksi di Komisi III DPR RI memutuskan untuk memilih kembali Arief Hidayat sebagai Hakim Konstitusi pada periode selanjutnya.

Adapun masa jabatan Arief Hidayat seharusnya berakhir pada April 2018. (Ant/Foto:Ist).

  158. Great blog post. Things i would like to bring up is that laptop or computer memory should be purchased in case your computer cannot cope with everything you do by using it. One can mount two good old ram boards containing 1GB each, as an example, but not one of 1GB and one with 2GB. One should look for the manufacturer’s documentation for the PC to be certain what type of storage it can take.

When the machine will be running Windows XP, for instance, the memory limit is 3.25GB. The installation of in excess of this would purely constitute a waste.
