Di Bali, Presiden Jokowi Minta Masyarakat Hati-Hati “Sekolahkan” Sertifikat di Bank

KESBANG.COM, BALI – Presiden Indonesia Joko Widodo mengingatkan kepada masyarakat di Pulau Bali, agar berhati-hati dalam menyekolahkan atau mengangunkan sertifikat tanahnya di bank.

“Sekali lagi saya ingatkan, agar masyarakat berhati-hati untuk mengangunkan sertifikat tanahnya di bank,” ujar Joko Widodo dalam sambutannya dalam acara penyerahan sertifikat tanah program PTSL, di Lapangan Pusat Pemerintahan Kabupaten Badung, Bali, Jumat sore.

Pihaknya juga meminta, kepada pemegang sertifikat PTLS ini saat menganggunkan atau meminjam uang di bank dengan jaminan sertifikat tanah, agar berhati-hati untuk memilih perbankan dan tetap mengitung sesuai kemampuan untuk mencicil dan dikalkulasi dengan benar saat meminjam uang di bank.

Presiden juga mengingatkan, kepada penerima sertifikat agar merawat sertifikat itu dengan rapi dan dibungkus dengan plastik laminating, agar tidak rusak di kemudian hari. Selanjutnya, sertifikat yang diterima difoto copy lagi dan ditempatkan di tempat yang berbeda agar mudah dicari.

Joko Widodo mengharapkan, uang yang dipinjam itu digunakan untuk modal kerja atau modal investasi itu kesenangan semata, karena dikhawatirkan apabila tidak mampu membayar cicilan, maka sertifikatnya akan disita dan hilang.

“Kalau dapat pinjaman uang di bank Rp200 juta sedapat mungkin jangan digunakan untuk berfoya-foya, gunakan uang ini dengan benar dan jangan menyekolahkan sertifikatnya terlalu lama di bank,” ujarnya.

Ia menegaskan bahwa, sertifkat itu sebagai tanda bukti hak hukum atas tanah yang dimiliki dan betul-betul disimpan dengan baik. “Tidak masalah uang ini dianggunkan ke bank, asalkan dimanfaatkan sebaik-baiknya,” ujarnya lagi.

Dengan menggunakan uang pinjaman untuk dilakukan usaha, maka akan mendapat untung dari uang yang dikelolanya itu. “Sah-sah saja apabila masyakat membeli mobil atau motor dengan menggunakan uang pinjaman ini, namun membeli mobil itu dari hasil keuntungan usaha. Bukan membeli mobil dari uang yang dipinjem di bank itu,” ujar orang nomor satu di Indonesia ini.
