KESBANG.COM, TEMANGGUNG – Mantan Direktur Perusahaan Daerah (PD) Bhumi Phala Temanggung yang juga membawahi destinasi wisata Pikatan Water Park, Raharja Tri Kumuda beserta Kepala Unit (Kanit) Tour and Travel PD Bhumi Phala, Harya Wiraputra resmi ditahan oleh Kejaksaan Negeri setempat atas tuduhan perbuatan yang merugikan daerah, Senin (30/10) kemarin.

Terkait hal tersebut, pihak Kejari Temanggung berencana akan mengundang 30 saksi untuk dimintai keterangan yang menyangkut kasus penyelewengan dana pada bidang Tour and Travel PD Bhumi Phala pada Senin pekan depan.

Mereka terdiri atas 23 saksi dari internal PD Bhumi Phala dan 7  lainya dari  Lembaga atau Dinas yang pernah menggunakan jasa Tour and Travel PD Bhumi Phala

Kepala Kejaksaan Negeri (Kajari) Temanggung Fransisca J melalui Kasi Pidsus Kejari Temanggung Suheli, membeberkan, ketujuh orang tersebut, diantaranya dari pihak  Sekwan DPRD Temanggung, Santel Setda Temanggung dan beberapa sekolah di Kabupaten Temanggung.

Sedangkan untuk Harya Wiraputra sendiri  akan dihadirkan kembali ke Kejari untuk memberi keterangan (penjelasan) lebih lanjut pada Kamis (2/10) mendatang.

“Sekwan DPRD Temanggung sedikitnya pernah empat kali memamakai jasa Tour and Travel PD Bhumi Phala yakni untuk kunjungan kerja ke Belitung, Bandung, Medan dan Lombok,” jelasnya, Selasa (31/10).

Suheli menjelaskan, akibat perbuatan tersebut, total kerugian PD Bhumi Phala ditaksir  mencapai Rp 1,4 milyar, dengan rincian Rp 662 juta dari hasil audit akuntan publik, Rp 500 juta pinjaman dari PD BKK Pringsurat dan Rp 309 juta merupakan keuntungan bisnis yang tidak disetorkan.

“Untuk uang sebesar Rp 500 juta sudah jelas siapa yang menjadi penanggung jawabnya, yakni Raharja Tri Kumuda . Namun untuk yang  Rp 662 juta dan Rp 309 juta masih kita cari tahu siapa dan untuk apa penggunaannya,” pungkasnya. (van)
