KESBANG.COM, JAKARTA –  Pesatnya perkembangan teknologi informasi saat ini telah mengubah pola-pola komunikasi, interaksi politik dan kultur politik partai politik termasuk generasi muda. Era teknologi informasi telah membuat masyarakat politik Indonesia berada pada era baru digitalisasi politik.

“Saya meminta agar para Kepala Kesbangpol di daerah mulai memanfaatkan teknologi informasi untuk berinteraksi dengan parpol dan masyarakat termasuk generasi muda. Zaman sudah berubah dan kita harus ubah mind set kita dengan memanfaat teknolofi informasi untuk memasuk era baru digitalisasi politik,” ujar Direktur Politik Dalam Negeri mewakili Dirjen Politik dan Pemerintahan Umum (Polpum) Kemendagri, DR. Bahtiar, M.Si ketika membuka “Bimtek Aplikasi Pemetaan dan Evaluasi Kondisi Politik Dalam Negeri yang Dinamis Seluruh Indonesia” di Jakarta, Rabu (13/9/17).

Bimtek ini dihadiri para Kepala Badan Kesbangpol dari mulai tingkat provinsi Kabupaten Kota dari Sumatera, Papua, Sulawesi, Pulau Jawa, Maluku serta Kepala Badan Kesbangpol dari tingkat Provinsi  Maluku, Banten dan Jawa  Barat.

Menurut Bahtiar, era digital ini telah membawa berbagai dampak positif yang bisa kita gunakan sebaik-baiknya namun era digital juga memiliki banyak dampak negatif. Dicontohkannya, dampak negatif era digital informasi di bidang seperti  politik Situs Sarachen, informasi Hoax, dan Hatespeech.

Bahtiar mengharapkan  kepada para Kesbangpol yang mengikuti Bimtek agar dalam  mengelola politik di daerah masing-masing tidak bisa lagi seperti dahulu  kala. Kita hidup di generai Y dan  Z di mana dari sisi orentasi wawasan, idiologi dan politik kaum muda sudah berbeda dengan kita. Teknoogi informasi telah mengubah wawasan mereka. Mereka tidak mau lagi diceramahin seperti zamannya kita.

“Pendidikan politik tidak bisa lagi disampaikan melalui model ceramah-ceramah . Gak masuk ‘tuh barang,’ paparnya.

Dia menjelaskan, hubungan politik saat ini lebih dari sekedar hubungan antara manusia tetapi lebih disemarakkan dengan penguasaan teknologi informasi. Artinya, siapa yang menguasai teknologi informasi akan menguasai sumber-sumber kekuasaan.

“Kecepatan, akurasi dan data dinamis kesbangpol ini menjadi penting bagi pemerintah untuk mengelola informasi di daerah terkait kebijakan politik baik oleh pemerintah pusat maupun kepala daerah setempat,” pungkasnya. (Zul/Foto: Enhar)
