Dirjen Bangda Teguh Setyabudi: Kemendagri Terus Dorong Percepatan Penurunan Stunting Di Daerah

JAKARTA  –  Kemendagri terus mendorong percepatan penurunan angka stunting di daerah. Terkait hal itu, Direktur Jenderal Bina Pembangunan Daerah Kementerian Dalam Negeri (Dirjen Bangda Kemendagri) Teguh Setyabudi  mengharapkan Pemerintah Daerah segera melakukan evaluasi regulasi terkait percepatan penurunan stunting yang saat ini menjadi pedoman daerah dalam pelaksanaan program dengan mengacu Perpres 72/2021 dan RAN-PASTI.

Hal itu dikemukakannya saat menjadi
narasumber pada Sosialisasi Rencana Aksi Nasional Percepatan Penurunan Angka Stunting Indonesia (RAN-PASTI), pada Rabu,  16 Maret 2022.

Kegiatan ini dilaksanakan secara Hybrid di Provinsi Aceh  dan dihadiri oleh Pejabat dari BKKBN, Kemenko Bidang PMK, Kementerian Dalam Negeri, Kementerian Kesehatan, Kementerian PPN/Bappenas, Setwapres dan Asisten Daerah Provinsi Aceh, Bupati/Walikota, Kepala OPD terkait, serta seluruh Tim Percepatan Penurunan Stunting (TPPS) Provinsi dan Tim Penggerak Pemberdayaan dan Kesejahteraan Keluarga (TP-PKK) Kabupaten/Kota di Provinsi Aceh.

Teguh Setyabudi mengemukakan, Kementerian Dalam Negeri dalam pelaksanaan percepatan penurunan stunting telah menetapkan beberapa regulasi diantaranya Permendagri 59 tahun 2021 tentang SPM, Permendagri 90 tahun 2019 dimutakhirkan dengan Kepmendagri 050-5889 tentang hasil verifikasi, validasi dan inventarisasi, pemutakhiran klasifikasi, kodefikasi dan nomenklatur perencanaan pembangunan dan keuangan Daerah.

Selain itu Permendagri 17 tahun 2021 tentang Rencana Pembangunan Tahunan serta Permendagri 27 tahun 2021 tentang pedoman penyusunan APBD.

Ditegaskannya pula bahwa Kemendagri akan terus mengawal hasil kesepakatan Kortekrenbang dalam Musrenbang Provinsi dan Musrenbangnas serta memastikan hasil Kortek masuk ke dalam dokumen perencanaan daerah

Pada kesempatan tersebut, Teguh Setyabudi  juga menyampaikan bahwa kegiatan yang mendukung percepatan penurunan stunting yang terdapat dalam dokumen perencanaan daerah harus merujuk pada Perpres 72/2021 dan Peraturan BKKBN 12/2021.

Ditambahkannya, daerah bisa melakukan perubahan RKPD pada bulan Juni dan Juli berdasarkan Permendagri 86 Tahun 2017.

“Jika ada perubahan yang mendasar sesuai kebijakan nasional, maka daerah dapat menyusun program perubahan,” ujarnya.

Selain itu, kata Teguh Setyabudi, Pemerintah Daerah Provinsi perlu melakukan pembinaan dan pengawasan kepada Pemerintah Daerah Kabupaten/Kota dalam pelaksanaan 8 aksi konvergensi penurunan stunting, khususnya bagi daerah yang belum mencapai 100% dalam pelaksanaan aksi.

Teguh Setyabudi  juga menyampaikan apresiasi kepada Pemerintah Daerah Provinsi Aceh yang telah melaksanakan Penilaian Kinerja lokus tahun 2021.

Untuk diketahui, kegiatan ini dilaksanakan dalam rangka sosialisasi RAN-PASTI yang diharapkan sebagai penguatan Kepala Daerah, penguatan TPPS, Satuan Tugas (Satgas) stunting, Tim Pendamping Keluarga dapat memiliki pemahaman yang sama dalam rangka penurunan stunting dan sebagai salah satu langkah untuk membangun komitmen dan meningkatkan koordinasi, sinkronisasi dan integrasi program dan kegiatan percepatan penurunan stunting dengan pemerintah daerah dan pemangku kepentingan lainnya dalam percepatan penurunan stunting.

Aceh sendiri memiliki sumber pangan yang sangat bagus, tetapi angka stunting masih cukup tinggi, oleh sebab itu pemangku kepentingan bersama-sama berkolaborasi dalam penurunan stunting melalui pendekatan intervensi sensitif dan spesifik.

Adapun data prevalensi stunting Provinsi Aceh saat ini berdasarkan Studi Status Gizi Indonesia (SSGI) tahun 2021 di angka 33,2 % dengan lokus intervensi stunting sebanyak 23 Kabupaten/Kota pada tahun 2022.

Proporsi kasus covid-19 harian berdasarkan kelompok umur terus menurun maka sejalan dengan momen tersebut perlu segera mentuntaskan stunting, salah satunya dengan menggerakan kembali  posyandu secara aktif. ( Otonominews)
