KESBANG.COM, JAKARTA – Seni dan birokrasi dinilai memiliki banyak kesamaan, di antaranya membutuhkan tata kelola atau manajemen. Bicara birokrasi berarti bertaut dengan seni mengelola sumber daya manusia. Seni dan birokrasi bahkan bisa dikawinkan atau dikolaborasikan.

Hal itu diungkapkan Direktur Jenderal Kependudukan dan Pencatatan Sipil (Dukcapil) Kementerian Dalam Negeri (Kemendagri) Zudan Arif Fakrulloh saat menggelar Deklarasi Rumah Bonsai Indonesia (RUBI) di kantor Ditjen Dukcapil, Pasar Minggu, Jakarta.

“Dalam seni dan birokrasi itu ada kesamaannya, yaitu membutuhkan tata kelola atau manajemen,” kata Zudan di Kantor Ditjen Dukcapil Pasar Minggu, belum lama ini.

Pekerjaan membonsai atau mengkerdilkan tanaman membutuh ketelitian, namun dekat dengan keindahan. Bonsai merupakan hasil kerja nyata melalui proses tata kelola berupa perawatan yang dilakukan dengan penuh ketekunan, kesabaran dan rasa cinta.

“Ketika sudah menjadi mahakarya, nilai bonsai pun menjadi meningkat berkali-kali lipat. Inilah juga sebetulnya esensi dari tugas birokrasi. Melahirkan mahakarya pelayanan publik dengan proses tata kelola tadi,” tambah dia.

Birokrasi, kata dia tanpa kerja nyata mustahil menjadi mahakarya. Pekerjaan di birokrasi sebagai pelayan publik juga harus berkarya tanpa batas, dan berkreasi tanpa henti.

Zudan yang juga Ketua Umum RUBI  menyebutkan, kalau Bonsai sebagai seni yang membahagiakan dan mensejahterakan masyarakat. Sebab, merawat bonsai dengan sabar dan tekun juga mendatangkan kebahagiaan.

“Dari sisi kesejahteraan jelas menguntungkan lantaran dimulai dari bahan pohon berharga murah, namun seiring dengan waktu harganya akan meningkat seiring dengan keindahan yang tercipta,” ujar Dirjen Dukcapil yang menjabat juga sebagai Ketua Umum Korpri.(Enhar)
