KESBANG.COM, JAKARTA – Dirjen Politik dan Pemerintahan Umum Kemendagri (Ditjen Polpum Kemendagri) Soedarmo membuka dengan resmi “Bimtek Aplikasi Pemetaan dan Evaluasi Kondisi Politik Dalam Negeri yang Dinamis Seluruh Indonesia” di Jakarta, Selasa (22/8/2017).
Bimtek ini dihadiri para 31 Kepala Badan Kesbangpol dari mulai tingkat provinsi, 6 dari Jakarta dan Pulau Seribu serta Kepala Badan Kesbangpol dari Bogor, Depok, Bekasi dan Bandung.
“Dari kegiatan Bimtek yang saat ini sudah dilakukan di Bali, Makassar dan kini di Jakarta diharapkan kepada para seluruh Kesbangpol khususnya di seluruh provinsi nantinya bisa mamahami materi Bimtek ini dengan baik dan memanfaatkan untuk kepentingan menjalankan roda pemerintahan di bidang politik yang aman, nyaman dan tetap menjaga persatuan dan kesatuan bangsa,” ujar Soedarmo ketika memberi sambutan pembukaan Bimtek.
Menurut Soedarmo, pelaksanaan Bimtek ini kian relevan mengingat kian dekatnya Pilkada tahun depan. Suksesnya Pilkada serentak tahun 2018 itu bergantung pada kesiapan jajaran Kesatuan Bangsa dan Politik (Kesbangpol) di daerah. Tugas jajaran ini khususnya adalah melakukan deteksi dini, peringatan dini, dan cegah dini berbagai gangguan, ancaman, tantangan, dan hambatan yang dapat dapat mengganggu kelancaran penyelenggaraan Pilkada.
“Kesuksesan Pilkada serentak ini salah satunya adalah berdasarkan tugas-tugas yang dilakukan para kepala badan Kesbangpol di daerah. Terutama, dalam melaksanakan deteksi dini,” kata Soedarmo
Bimtek ini, kata Soedarno, adalah melakukan pengenalan-pengenalan akan adanya dinamika politik menjelang Pilkada. Yang dimaksud dengan dinamika politik yaitu adanya kemungkinan gesekan-gesekan politik baik di tingkat partai politik, para pendukung, dan elemen terkait lainnya.
Dijelaskannya, dengan adanya Bimtek ini, deteksi dini para Kesbangpol di daerah tentu nantinya dapat mengetahui gambaran berbagai potensi gangguan, ancaman, maupun hambatan terhadap pelaksanaan Pilkada.
“Hasil deteksi inilah yang kemudian bisa disampaikan kepada para pihak terkait, termasuk penyelenggara pemilu, KPU dan Bawaslu serta aparat keamanan untuk melakukan langkah-langkah antisipasi,” harapnya.
Di sisi lain, Soedarmo mengatakan, Kesbangpol di daerah juga bertugas memelihara ketentraman dan ketertiban masyarakat. Selain itu, bertugas memelihara persatuan dan kesatuan masyarakat di daerah yang menjadi tugas pokoknya seorang kepala daerah.
Oleh karena itu, dia berharap, seluruh jajaran Kesbangpol di daerah, terutama daerah yang akan menghadapi Pilkada pada 2018 dapat membangun kerja sama, kebersamaan, dan soliditas bersama Kemendagri dalam rangka menjalankan tugas-tugas ke depan dalam rangka mendukung persiapan pelaksanaan Pilkada.
“Saling membantu, saling bekerja sama dalam melaksanakan tugas-tugas yang diberikan kepada kita semua. Mudah-mudahan tugas-tugas yang diberikan kepada kita semua bisa berhasil,” harapnya.
Pada bagian akhir pidatonya, Soedarmo mengingatkan kembali akan pentingnya disipin bagi para Kepala Badan Kesbangpol dan unit-unit terkait di bawahnya di daerah. Tanpa disiplin yang tinggi, maka tidak mungkin tugas-tugas yang diberikan akan terlaksana dengan baik.
“Kita hanya akan dijadikan teladan, dan disegani stake holder lain lain jika kita mampu melakukan tugas dengan disiplin yang tinggi,” harapnya. (Zul/ Fotograhper: Enhar)
