KESBANG.COM, JAKARTA –  Menukil Peraturan Menteri Dalam Negeri Nomor 28 Tahun 2014 tentang Revitalisasi Fungsi dan Peran Anjungan Daerah di TMII, keberadaan anjungan guna mempromosikan kebudayaan daerah sebagai show window mendapat perhatian serius dari peserta Forum Pemetaan Seni dan Budaya di The Media Hotel & Towers Jakarta, Rabu (15/11/2017).

Forum Pemetaan Seni dan Budaya yang dihadiri  75 peserta ini terdiri dari para pakar, praktisi seni dan budaya dari LSM dan Ormas, serta Pejabat Kementrian dan Lembaga terkait ini sepakat bahwa revitalisasi TMII sudah merupakan kebutuhan mendesak.

Dirjen  Politik dan Pemerintahan Umum (Ditjen Polpum) Kementerian Dalam Negeri, Soedarmo pada saat memberikan pidato pembukaan Forum Pemetaan Seni dan Budaya ini  memberi sinyal kepada para peserta Forum untuk memberi masukan terkait revisi Permendagri Nomor 28.

“Permendagri nomor 28 tentang Revitalisasi Anjungan TMII ini perlu ada keseragaman dalam hal pengelolaan. Kalau perlu kita juga bisa merevisi Permendagri ini agar ada kesamaan visi & misinya. Kami menunggu masukan soal Revisi Permendagi Nomor 28,” ujar Soedarmo.

Dalam sambutannya, Dirjen Polpum menegaskan bahwa usaha kita dalam mempertahankan dan menjaga warisan seni dan budaya daerah nantinya dapat memperkokoh budaya bangsa dan juga dapat memperkokoh persatuan. Melalui kegiatan seni dan budaya kita akan saling menghormati antara budaya lokal sehingga dapat bersatu menjadi budaya bangsa yang kokoh.

“Anda berkewajiban menjaga dan mewariskan budaya bangsa karena ini terkait dengan harapan untuk mempersatukan bangsa ini,” ujarnya.

Kemendagri memahami bahwa usaha Pemetaan Seni dan Budaya ini berkaitan dengan dampak globalisasi budaya akibat arus modernisasi yang kini berpengaruh terhadap kehidupan berbangsa dan negara. Karena  itu, dari kegiatan ini diharapkan ada rekomendasi berupa program untuk memelihara, mewariskan Seni dan Budaya guna meningkatkan cinta tanah air, persatuan dan kesatuan kehidupan berbangsa dan bernegara.

Dijelaskannya,  dari arus globalisasi, banyak kesenian dan budaya kita yang sudah hilang. Contoh, degradasi budaya yaitu budaya sopan santun, budaya ramah tamah, gotong royong, musyawarah mufakat. Degradasi lain yaitu budaya dan kesenian kita satu persatu diakui oleh negara tetangga.
