JAKARTA, – Dirjen Dukcapil Kementerian Dalam Negeri (Kemendagri), Prof. Dr. Zudan Arif Fakrulloh, SH.,M.H mengatakan, dirinya sering mendapatkan pertanyaan mengenai berapa biaya untuk pindah penduduk, atau biasa disebut mencabut berkas. Misalnya pindah dari Kabupaten Bekasi, cabut berkasnya pindah ke DKI Jakarta itu bayar berapa?

“Teman-teman saya beritahu, semua layanan administrasi kependudukan membuat KTP, KK, Pindah Penduduk semua gratis,” ujar Dirjen Zudan lewat sebuah video yang diunggahnya di akun TikTok pribadinya, Minggu (11/9/2022).

Oleh karena itu, Dirjen Zudan mengatakan bahwa jika ada yang memungut biaya dapat dipastikan hal tersebut adalah pungutan liar (pungli).

“Kalau ada yang memungut biaya itu nakal, itu pungli. Tolong mari kita memberantas bersama-sama pungli itu,” tegas Prof. Zudan.

Lanjutnya, di dalam administrasi kependudukan tidak ada cabut berkas. Seseorang yang pindah dari kabupaten A ke kabupaten B cukup minta surat keterangan pindah.

“Jadi tidak ada berkas yang harus dibawa. Karena semuanya sudah dilakukan secara online,” tutur Dirjen Zidam. Pemerintah melalui Kemendagri, katanya, terus melakukan pembenahan dalam pencatatan sipil.
