Dirjen Zudan: Catat! Mengurus eKTP Tidak Perlu Pengantar RT/RW

JAKARTA — Pemerintah berupaya agar masyarakat lebih mudah dan cepat dalam mengurus administrasi kependudukan. Seperti syarat surat keterangan RT/RW dan desa/kelurahan sudah dihapuskan.

Namun, aturan baru tersebut masih banyak belum diketahui oleh masyarakat. Masih ada warga yang mengajukan pertanyaan terkait dokumen apa aja yang tidak perlu pengantar RT/RW.

“Bahwa proses dalam pengurusan dokumen administrasi kependudukan, kini tak lagi harus melalui RT dan RW,” ujar Direktur Jenderal Kependudukan dan Pencatatan Sipil Kementerian Dalam Negeri (Dirjen Dukcapil Kemendagri) Prof. Zudan Arif Fakrulloh dalam keterangan nya lewat akun Instagram nya, Ahad (6/2/2022).

Keterangan RT/RW hingga Desa/Kelurahan sudah dihapuskan mengacu pada Peraturan Presiden (Perpres) 96 Tahun 2018, dan Peraturan Menteri Dalam Negeri (Permendagri) 108 Tahun 2019

Dirjen Zudan menerangkan, bahwa dokumen kependudukan yang pengurusannya tidak memerlukan pengantar RT RW yaitu:

1. Perekaman dan pencetakan KTP el

2. Penggantian KTP el yang rusak

3. Penggantian KTP el yg hilang

“Tidak perlu pengantar RT RW tapi perlu pengantar surat keterangan dari kepolisian,” katanya.

Kemudian, lanjutnya, pindah penduduk cukup membawa fotokopi KK (Kartu Keluarga), tidak perlu membawa pengantar RT/RW.

Bila ada yang meninggal dunia di rumah sakit dan lahir di rumah sakit tidak perlu pengantar RT)RW untuk membuat akte kelahiran atau kematian.

“Cukup membawa surat keterangan kematian atau kelahiran dari Rumah sakit,” sebutnya.

Prof Zudan mengancam akan melakukan sanksi tegas bila masih ada yang meminta syarat tambahan di luar ketentuan yang berlaku.

“Kalau ada Kepala Dinas Dukcapil yang masih meminta pengantar dari RT/RW sampai ke Desa/Kelurahan akan saya beri sanksi tegas,” jelasnya.

Dirjen Zudan meminta para Kepala Dinas Dukcapil untuk mengecek sampai petugas di tingkat Kelurahan/Desa atau Kecamatan, dan mengganti atau bahkan mencopot petugas yang tidak melayani dengan baik.

“Kita harus tegas karena pelayanan publik ini mutlak harus kita perbaiki agar masyarakat mendapatkan pelayanan yang terbaik dari negara,” tutupnya. (Lp)
