Dirjen Zudan: Pembuatan Identitas Digital Dilakukan Layanan Dua Jalur

JAKARTA, – Kementerian Dalam Negeri (Kemendagri) mulai tahun 2021 melakukan uji coba penerapan identitas digital di 58 kab kota. Identitas ini untuk secara bertahap menggantikan KTP el fisik. sesuai dengan kondisi Indonesia, saat ini masih menerapkan double track system services yaitu dengan digital dan manual.

Direktur Jenderal (Dirjen) Kependudukan dan Pencatatan Sipil (Dukcapil) Kemendagri, Prof. Zudan Arif Fakrulloh menerangkan, bahwa identitas digital bagi penduduk akan menjadikan pembuatan identitas lebih mudah, lebih cepat, lebih murah, hemat dan efisien.

Namun, katanya, penerapan identitas digital dilakukan secara bertahap, dengan cara double track system services atau pelayanan adminduk dengan dua jalur, yaitu jalur digital dan jalur manual cetak secara fisik bagi masyarakat yang tidak punya HP atau daerahnya belum ada jaringan/sinyal.

“Untuk bisa memiliki identitas digital, syaratnya harus punya Handphone atau smartphone. Kemudian daerahnya harus ada jaringan. Dan masyarakatnya harus bisa menggunakan teknologi,” ujar Dirjen Zudan lewat akun Youtube @Prof Zudan Arif Fakrulloh, Jumat (7/1/2022).

Untuk itu, lanjutnya, Dukcapil tetap memberikan pelayanan pembuatan identitas digital ini secara bertahap. Yang belum punya handphone dan tidak ada jaringan tetap kita layani dengan bentuk fisik dan pelayanan manual seperti sekarang.

“Oleh karena penerapan identitas digital dilakukan secara bertahap. Dukacpil tetap menerapkan prinsip double track system services, pemberian layanan dengan dua jalur. Layanan digital dan layanan secara fisik manual,” tuturnya.

Dirjen Zudan menerangkan, identitas digital ini berlaku baik yang sudah memegang e-KTP maupun warga yang baru wajib KTP. Dengan diberlakukannya identitas digital ini, tidak ada lagi pencetakan fisik e-KTP. Hanya akan ada kode verifikasi dan QR code.

“Bukan cetak fisik, e-KTP-nya dikirim ke HP. (Jadi nanti dikirim) foto e-KTP dan QR code. Kode verifikasi untuk bisa membuka di HP masing-masing,” bebernya.

Prof. Zudan mengatakan dengan penerapan identitas digital, tidak ada lagi KTP hilang. “Tidak ada lagi konsep e-KTP hilang. E-KTPnya didigitalkan dalam HP dan ada QR codenya. Kalau HP hilang, ikut hilang itu identitas digitalnya. Nanti minta lagi ke Dukcapil dikirim ke nomor HP yang baru,” ujarnya.

Selain itu, lanjut Prof. Zudan, identitas digital membuat tidakdiperlukannyalagi salinan e-KTP untuk mengakses pelayanan publik.

“Nah, ini juga bagi kantor-kantor untuk tidak lagi minta fotocopy dokumen kependudukan dari masyarakat. Tetapi menggunakan akses verifikasi data dari Dukcapil karena dokumennya sudah menjadi data digital,” pungkasnya.

Identital digital merupakan representatif penduduk dalam aplikasi digital yang melekat pada seseorang. Yang terdaftar sebagai pendudukan dan memastikan seseorang yang disebut merupakan orang yang bersangkutan.

Untuk dapat menggunakan identitas digital setelah melakukan instalasi aplikasi digital.id kita harus melakukan registrasi dengan melakukan NIK (Nomor Identitas Kependudukan), alamat email dan no HP,

Kemudian kita diminta untuk melakukan veridikasi data melalui face recognition. Baru setelah dilakukan verifikasi email supaya bisa login ke dalam aplikasi.

Berikut menu-menu utama di dalam digital.id, yaitu data keluarga, dokumen kependudukan dan dokumen lainnya yang terintegrasi NIK.

Kita juga bisa menampilkan Identitas QR Code Identitas digital, biodata dan histori aktivitas yang sudah dilakukan. (Dirjen Dukcapil/Sfn)
