Bandar Lampung – Jaksa Agung Republik Indonesia (RI) memberikan atensi dalam pengarahanya kepada Kepala Kejaksaan Tinggi dan Kejaksaan Negeri se-Sumatera Utara terkait kebijakan Pemerintah Pusat yang gencar upaya pemberantasan mafia tanah dan mafia pelabuhan, saat melakukan kunjungan kerja di wilayah hukum Kejaksaan Tinggi Sumatera Utara, pada Jum’at (12/11/2021).

Terkait hal tersebut, melalui keterangan persnya, Ketua Umum Dewan Pimpinan Wilayah (DPW) Komite Aksi Masyarakat dan Pemuda untuk Demokrasi (KAMPUD), Seno Aji memberikan dukungan dan apresiasinya terhadap atensi dari Bapak Jaksa Agung, Prof Dr ST Burhanuddin, SH, MH, terkait pembentukan tim khusus yang beranggotakan gabungan bidang yaitu Intelijen, Pidana Umum, dan Pidana Khusus Kejaksaan RI dalam rangka percepatan Pemberantasan mafia tanah dan mafia pelabuhan.

“Sejak 23 Oktober 2019 Bapak Jaksa Agung, Prof Dr ST Burhanuddin, SH, MH menjabat sebagai Jaksa Agung yang ditunjuk oleh Bapak Presiden Ir H. Joko Widodo, banyak terobosan dalam upaya penegakan hukum dan penerapan Keadilan, digalakkan dan dicanangkan oleh Beliau dan telah dirasakan oleh masyarakat kecil, setelah sebelumnya menerbitkan pedoman Peraturan Jaksa Agung nomor 15 tahun 2020 sebagai pedoman penerapan restoratif justice atau pemberian surat keputusan penghentian Penuntutan (SK2P) berdasarkan keadilan restoratif, sehingga penerapan hukum menekankan pada landasan prinsip keadilan, kepentingan umum, proporsionalitas, ultimum remedium, cepat, sederhana dan biaya ringan, kini Bapak Jaksa Agung akan membentuk tim khusus gabungan dari 3 bidang yang terdapat di Institusi Kejaksaan, diantaranya Intelijen, pidana umum dan pidana khusus, dalam rangka memberantas jaringan mafia tanah yang disinyalir telah bercokol dan mengurat nadi serta meresahkan masyarakat Indonesia, tentunya terobosan-terobosan Bapak Jaksa Agung patut diapresiasi dan didukung oleh semua pihak”, ungkap Seno Aji di Bandar Lampung, Sabtu (13/11/2021).

Sosok aktivis yang dikenal low profil dan sederhana ini juga mengutarakan bahwa langkah Bapak Jaksa Agung untuk memberantas mafia tanah benar-benar menunjukan bahwa penerapan hukum di Indonesia oleh Kejaksaan menitikberatkan kepada Asas kepastian hukum, Asas keadilan hukum dan
Asas kemanfaatan hukum.

“Kebijakan Beliau dalam upaya memberantas para mafia tanah merupakan terobosan yang harus didukung seluruh lapisan masyarakat, dengan harapan agar praktik para mafia tanah dapat dibongkar dan diberantas sampai ke akar-akarnya, sehingga penerapan hukum pada ruang asas yaitu kepastian hukum, keadilan hukum dan asas kemanfaatan hukum dapat dirasakan oleh masyarakat sampai pada level terbawah”, jelas Seno Aji.

Dia melanjutkan bahwa maraknya praktik mafia tanah di Indonesia tentunya telah membuat keresahan sosial, menghambat pembangunan nasional, dan memicu konflik skala besar yang telah banyak memakan korban jiwa dengan adanya pertumpahan darah di berbagai wilayah.

“Praktik para mafia tanah ini, seringkali mengusik kehidupan masyarakat, sehingga konflik agraria atau sengketa tanah acap kali muncul di kehidupan masyarakat, yang awalnya masyarakat dapat memanfaatkan lahan kepemilikannya karena munculnya praktik para mafia tanah, banyak masyarakat yang kehilangan lahan, status kepemilikan tanah, dan tidak adanya kepastian hukum terhadap lahan-lahan tersebut, bahkan seringkali mafia tanah menyerebot lahan-lahan milik masyarakat sekehendak mereka, karena diduga para mafia tanah telah didukung oleh berbagai instrumen kenegaraan, sehingga melanggengkan praktik mafia tanah di masyarakat”, tandas Ketua Umum KAMPUD.

Dengan adanya terobosan oleh Bapak Jaksa Agung RI, tentunya ini menjadi nafas segar dan semangat baru wajah penegakan hukum di tengah maraknya praktik mafia tanah dan mafia pelabuhan.

“Keseriusan Bapak Jaksa Agung dalam memberantas mafia tanah dibuktikan dengan membuka hotline pengaduan, ini menjadi nafas segar dan semangat baru bagi masyarakat dalam memperoleh hak-hak nya yaitu hak mendapatkan kepastian hukum, keadilan hukum dan kemanfaatan hukum, maka dengan hal ini, diyakini akan mampu mendongkrak perekonomian dan meningkatkan invetasi di Indonesia, jika persoalan sengketa tanah dapat di tekan sekecil mungkin, selain itu dalam memberantas praktik mafia pelabuhan, Bapak Jaksa Agung telah memerintahkan jajaranya untuk menindak tegas oknum aparat yang menjadi backing para mafia pelabuhan, jika terobosan dan langkah ini berhasil maka dapat menekan tingginya biaya logistik di pelabuhan, sehingga proses bisnis dan investasi tidak menjadi terhambat dan akan menambah daya minta para investor masuk ke Indonesia”, tutur dia.

Hal senada disampaikan oleh Sekretaris Umum KAMPUD, Agung Triyono menyatakan bahwa pihaknya mendukung penuh upaya-upaya Pemberantasan mafia tanah dan mafia pelabuhan oleh Kejaksaan RI.

“Kami sebagai elemen masyarakat, siap bahu-membahu bersama Kejaksaan RI dalam upaya melakukan pemberantasan praktik para mafia tanah dan mafia pelabuhan di Indonesia”, tegasnya. (*)
