Dr Trubus: Dua Wakil Ketua DPD Tarik Dukungan, SK Pemberhentian Fadel Sebagai Wakil Ketua MPR Tidak Sah

JAKARTA, – Dua pimpinan DPD telah menarik dukungan terkait surat keputusan pemberhentian terhadap Fadel Muhammad sebagai Wakil Ketua MPR RI. Mereka adalah Wakil Ketua I DPD RI Nono Sampono dan Wakil Ketua III DPD RI Sultan Bachtiar Najamudin.

Pengamat Kebijakan Publik dari Universitas Trisakti Trubus Rahadiansyah mengatakan, dengan penarikan tandatangan dukungan terhadap surat tersebut maka keputusan pencopotan Fadel Muhammad sebagai Wakil Ketua MPR tidak sah.

“Surat keputusan pencopotan terhadap Fadel Muhammad tidak sah, karena tidak kolektif kolegial,” ujar Trubus, Ahad (11/9/2022).

Soal pimpinan DPD bersifat kolektif kolegial ini diatur dalam Undang Undang MD3 Pasal 46 (1).

Sejak awal proses pencopotan Fadel dari Wakil Ketua MPR itu sudah salah prosedur.

“Dan sekarang dua wakil ketua sudah menarim dukungan, berarti suara menjadi tidak bulat,” kata Trubus.

Dia juga menilai Ketua DPD LaNyalla Mahmud Mattalitti telah melakukan abuse of power atau menyalahgunakan kewenangan.

Keputusan Pencopotan Fadel Muhammad dari jabatan Wakil Ketua MPR, katanya, tidak memiliki alasan yang jelas.

Sementara itu, Ketua MPR-RI Bambang Soesatyo (Bamsoet) mengungkapkan, pimpinan MPR-RI telah menerima dua surat soal pemberhentian Fadel Muhammad sebagai Wakil Ketua MPR dari unsur DPD, baik dari pihak DPD RI maupun dari Senator Fadel Muhammad itu sendiri.

“Kami dari pimpinan MPR menerima dua surat, satu surat dari pimpinan DPD, satu lagi surat dari Pak Fadel Muhammad,” kata Bamsoet, kemarin.

Dia mengatakan pimpinan MPR masih mendalami dan menelaah masing-masing surat tersebut.

Menurut dia, MPR perlu mengambil langkah hati-hati karena ada dua pimpinan DPD yang menarik dukungan terhadap surat keputusan (SK) pemberhentian Fadel Muhammad sebagai Wakil Ketua MPR RI. (A)
