Bintan – Komandan Korem 033/WP (Danrem) Brigjen TNI Yudi Sulistyanto, M.A. M.Sc.,
menghadiri Kegiatan Penanaman Perdana Jagung dalam rangka Ketahanan Pangan Kodim 0315/Tanjungpinang di Kab. Bintan
Yang bertempat di Area Perkebunan Bintan, Desa Toapaya Selatan, Kec. Toapaya, Kab. Bintan. Senin (25/07/2022).

Kegiatan Penanaman Perdana Jagung yang dilaksanakan oleh kodim 0315/Tanjungpinang sebagai wujud  Binter dalam rangka Pemulihan Ekonomi dan Reformasi Melalui Pembinaan Ketahanan Pangan di Wilayah.

Kodim 0315/Tanjungpinang telah membuka lahan seluas 2 hektar untuk ditanami komoditas jagung manis (Varietas Hybrida). Diketahui saat panen nantinya hasil kebun tersebut yang merupakan hasil dari program Hanpangan akan dibagikan ke masyarakat binaan

Dalam sambutan Komandan Kodim (Dandim) 0315/Tanjungpinang Kolonel Inf Tommy Anderson, M.PICT bahwa rangkaian kegiatan ini merupakan Program Hanpangan dari Kodim 0315/Tanjungpinang yang menyiapkan Lahan seluas 2 Hektar dengan penanaman bibit Jagung Manis dan nantinya akan kembali di buka di Kota Tanjungpinang seluas 20 Hektar,” Jelasnya.

Kegiatan ini dilaksanakan serentak di seluruh jajaran Kodam I/BB dan terkait masalah hanpangan ini harus dibangun karena pangan merupakan program dari TNI AD.

Dikesempatan yang sama, Komandan Korem (Danrem) 033/WP Brigjen TNI Yudi Sulistyanto, M.A. M.Sc., menyampaikan bahwa semua pihak berkepentingan harus mewujudkan ketahanan pangan bagi rakyat indonesia khususnya di Kabupaten Bintan.

“Dan tentunya bagi seluruh elemen Harus saling bahu membahu dalam membantu masyarakat dalam menggerakkan ekonomi kerakyatan. Sehingga perlu adanya edukasi agar masyarakat dapat mandiri dalam hal eksistensi pangan. TNI AD sebagai aparat teritorial harus dapat berada ditengah masyarakat dalam membantu kesulitan rakyat di wilayah binaan,” Ucap Danrem.

Sementara itu, Pj Sekda Bintan Rony Kartika menyampaikan sebuah gagasan terkait peningkatan ketahanan pangan. Dan mengucapkan terimakasih karena Bintan telah menjadi salah satu lokasi pengembangan yang dipilih.

“Terimakasih Bapak Danrem dan Bapak Dandim, saat ini Bintan dipilih jadi salah satu lokasi. Kami siap mendukung sepenuhnya. Bahkan kalau bisa bersama kita kembangkan untuk peningkatan ekonomi masyarakat dan ketahanan pangan Daerah,” Ujarnya.
