Medan.suarakita.id-Sebanyak 15 orang narapidana Rutan Perempuan Kelas II A Medan, dipindahkan (mutasi) ke Lapas Perempuan, Kamis (22/09/2022).

Pemindahan napi tersebut gara gara kondisi Rutan Perempuan Kelas IIA Medan yang sudah over kapasitas serta banyaknya warga binaan pemasyarakatan (WBP) yang telah diputus pengadilan dan sudah berkekuatan hukum tetap (Vonis, P48, BA8 telah dilaksanakan).

 

Pemindahan napi itu juga sehubungan dengan Surat Edaran Direktur Jenderal Pemasyarakatan Nomor: PAS-1152.PK.01.01.02 Tahun 2020 tentang Rencana Aksi Tata Kelola Sistem Pemasyarakatan Optimalisasi Penempatan Narapidana di Rutan Dari 24 Bulan Menjadi 12 Bulan.

Sebelum melakukan Mutasi, Kepala Rutan Perempuan Kelas IIA Medan Ema Puspita sudah melakukan koordinasi dengan Kepala Lembaga Pemasyarakatan Perempuan Kelas IIA Medan untuk dilakukan mutasi dari Rutan Perempuan Medan ke Lapas Perempuan Medan sebanyak 15 (Lima Belas) Orang.

Irma Syafitri selaku Kasubsi Pelayanan Tahanan menjelaskan pemindahan di lakukan sesuai dengan Undang-undang No. 12 tahun 1995 tentang pemasyarakatan.

 

” Ini kegiatan rutin Rutan, bagi warga binaan yang berstatus narapidana sudah berkekuatan hukum tetap dan dijatuhi pidana hukuman lebih dari 1 tahun 6 bulan jadi prioritas yang harus kami pindahkan ke lapas” tutur Irma

Dikonfirmasi terpisah, Karutan Ema Puspita menjelaskan kegiatan rutin yang di lakukan ini upaya reguler untuk menekan kepadatan hunian dalam rutan. Kepadatan hunian juga beresiko terhadap gangguan keamanan dan ketertiban.

 

” Giat ini telah menjadi pilot project dalam Pengembalian fungsi Rutan, Rutan Perempuan Medan melakukan pemindahan tahap ke-15,” terang Ema Puspita

Mutasi narapidana berjalan dengan lancar, untuk berkas dan kesehatan sudah di cek secara keseluruhan tidak ada yang bermasalah.

Kegiatan mutasi telah dilaksanakan dengan aman, tertib, dan terkendali serta didampingi oleh Satops Patnal Rutan Perempuan Medan, Aparat Penegak Hukum TNI Koramil 06 Helvetia dan Polsek Helvetia setempat pun ikut serta membantu Mutasi Narapidana ke Lapas Perempuan Medan.(AVID)
