Kabupaten Sorong Papua Barat Daya – Kepala Staf Koarmada III Laksamana Pertama TNI Rudhi Aviantara S.E., M.Si., M.Tr (Han)., CHRMP, menghadiri perayaan Natal bersama tahun 2023 yang berlangsung di Gedung Serba Guna Mas Pardi Koarmada III, Sorong,Papua Barat Daya,dimana perayaan Natal tersebut juga diikuti seluruh Perwira, Bintara, Tamtama dan Pegawai Negeri Sipil dari Mako Armada III, Pasmar 3 Sorong, Ketua dan Pengurus Daerah Jalasenasri Koarmada III serta perwakilan dari lintas agama.Rabu (18/1/23).

 

Pada kesempatan tersebut seluruh Prajurit Koarmada III, juga mengikuti Perayaan Natal Oikumene TNI Angkatan Laut secara virtual dan terpusat langsung dari Gedung O.B Syaaf Mako Koarmada RI yang di pimpin Pendeta John Josep Manopo dan Romo David Lerebulan.

Pada bagian lain dalam Perayaan Natal tersebut, Wakil Kepala Staf TNI Angkatan Laut (Wakasal) Laksamana Madya TNI Ahmadi Heri Purwono membacakan sambutan Kepala Staf Angkatan Laut (Kasal) Laksamana TNI Muhammad Ali, yang mengatakan bahwa Natal seyogyanya dimaknai sebagai peristiwa iman dimana Tuhan sesungguhnya hadir dalam sejarah kehidupan manusia agar manusia memperoleh keselamatan dan hidup yang kekal.

 

Selain melambangkan hubungan vertikal antara manusia dengan sang pencipta, Natal juga memiliki makna sebagai dimensi hubungan horizontal antar sesama manusia yang diwujudkan dalam bentuk saling mengasihi, tolong menolong, serta membantu sesama tanpa memandang latar belakang perbedaan suku, agama, ras dan golongan,”ungkap Kasal”.

 

Oleh sebab itu, momen Natal haruslah menjadi cermin, baik untuk diri sendiri, keluarga maupun orang sekitar, inilah saat yang tepat bagi kita untuk memperbaiki kualitas penyerahan diri kepada Tuhan dan interaksi dengan sesama, serta bagaimana memaknai hidup agar menjadi berkat untuk alam seisinya. Maka dari itu, sangatlah tepat tema yang diusung dalam perayaan Natal tahun ini, yakni ‘’Natal mengarahkan pada jalan yang benar’’.

Ditempat terpisah, Panglima Komando Armada (Pangkoarmada) IIl Laksda TNI Irvansyah, S.H., CHRMP., M.Tr. Opsla mengucapkan “Selamat Hari Raya Natal tahun 2022 Dan Tahun Baru 2023 kepada umat Kristiani di lingkungan Koarmada III, sekaligus mengharapkan dengan semangat damai dan kasih Natal dapat meningkatkan solidaritas dan persaudaraan antar prajurit TNI AL khususnya Prajurit Koarmada III.
