JAKARTA – Pernyataan Presiden Joko Widodo yang pernah meminta jajaran kepolisian dan Badan Narkotika Nasional (BNN) untuk bertindak tegas terhadap pengedar dan bandar narkoba dengan jalan menembak di tempat mendapat dukungan dari masyarakat luas.
Ketua Umum DPN GEPENTA “Gerakan Nasional Peduli Anti Narkoba Tawuran dan Anarkis” Brigjen Pol. (Purn) DR. Parasian Simanungkalit mendukung gagasan Presiden Jokowi yang sempat disampaikan usai menghadiri Aksi Nasional Pemberantasan Obat Ilegal dan Penyalahgunaan Obat, di Bumi Perkemahan Cibubur, Jakarta Timur pada Selasa (3/9/2017).
Menurut Parasian, kalau pengedar, pengirim, pembuat dan penyelundup Narkoba saat akan ditangkap oleh BNN atau Polisi melakukan perlawanan dan atau mau melarikan diri serta dapat membahayakan diri petugas maka mereka dapat dilumpuhkan dan ditembak ditempat,
“Keselamatan aparat lebih penting daripada membiarkan para pengedar dan bandar narkoba ini melukai petugas,” ujar Parasian, Jumat (29/12/2017).
Dia menjelaskan, jelang pergantian tahun 2017 ke 2018, masyarakat biasanya merayakan pesta dengan mengkonsumi minuman keras dan narkoba. Kebiasaan yang tidak baik ini tentu tidak perlu dipertahankan dan rakyat harus melakukan penolakan dan perlawanan terhadap kebiasaan yang merusak ini.
“Saya mengharapkan agar kita menjaga keluarga dan lingkungan kita agar menolak memakai narkoba saat pesta malam tahun baru,” harapnya.
Ketum Gepenta meminta kepada semua warga Gepenta di manapun berada agar melakukan penyelidikan dan mencari tahu tempat-tempat yang ada transaksi peredaran narkoba dan atau mau menggunakan narkoba. Jika sudah ada informasi yang pasti segera laporkan kepada BNN atau Polisi setempat. Namun apabila dalam hal tertangkap tangan mengedarkan atau menggunakan narkoba maka segera lakukan penangkapan bersama teman-temannya dan sesegera mungkin diserahkan kepada Penyidik Polri atau BNN setempat.
“Jika di lokasi kejadian ada juga anggota TNI dan atau Polisi maka dapat bersama sama melakukan penangkapan,” paparnya seraya menambahkan bahwa upaya memerang narkoba bukan hanya Polisi Narkoba atau anggota BNN saja yang bertindak namun semua anggota TNI dan seluruh rakyat Indonesia dapat berperan serta melakukan perlawanan perang terhadap Narkoba.
Bagi yang sudah terkena narkoba, Parasiann menyarankan agar lebih baik datang ke tempat Rehabilitasi atau RSKO atau Rumah Sakit atau ke dokter untuk diberikan pengobatan. Fasilitasn perawatan ini sesuai dengan Peraturan Pemerintah nomor 25 tahun 2011 tentang IPWL “Istansi Penerima Wajib Lapor” pengguna/korban Narkoba. (Endi & Zul)
