KESBANG.COM, JAKARTA – Gubernur DKI Jakarta Anies Baswedan menetapkan upah minimum provinsi (UMP) DKI Jakarta 2018 sebesar Rp 3.648,035.

Penetapan tersebut diumumkan hari ini, Rabu, 1 November 2017. “Besar kenaikan UMP 8,71 persen, kita tetapkan 2018 Rp 3.648,035,” kata Anies Baswedan di Balai Kota Jakarta.

Sebelumnya, saat pembahasan UMP di Dewan Pengupahan DKI, terdapat tiga usulan yang diserahkan kepada Anies. ‎

Sebelumnya, Kepala Dinas Tenaga Kerja DKI Jakarta Priyono mengatakan, Dewan Pengupahan DKI merekomendasikan tiga angka UMP 2018 kepada Gubernur.

Usulan UMP 2018 dari Serikat Pekerja sebesar Rp 3.917.398. Angka itu didapat dari kebutuhan hidup layak (KHL) dikali pertumbuhan ekonomi dan inflasi 8,71 persen.

“Ada juga usulan unsur pengusaha dan pemerintah sesuai dengan PP 78 tahun 2015 naik 8,71 persen menjadi Rp 3.648.035,” ujar Priyono.

Dari unsur buruh, ucap Priyono, perubahan nilai terjadi karena kenaikan tiga hal, yakni listrik, sewa rumah, dan transportasi.

“(Survei) untuk mengakomodasi keinginan (buruh) karena bagaimanapun juga akan sebagai perbandingan,” ujar dia.

Sebelumnya, Sidang Dewan Pengupahan DKI Jakarta berjalan sangat alot karena anggota Dewan Pengupahan dari unsur Serikat Pekerja meminta merevisi nilai KHL yang disurvei minggu lalu.

Nilai KHL yang disurvei pada Jumat, 27 Oktober 2017 yang dilakukan bersama tiga unsur menyepakati angka KHL sebesar Rp 3.149.631. Namun, pada sidang Dewan Pengupahan hari ini, unsur Serikat Pekerja meminta revisi nilai KHL tersebut.

Tiga komponen KHL diminta direvisi dan dinaikkan. Angka KHL yang direvisi, yaitu kontrakan/sewa rumah yang tadinya 850 ribu menjadi Rp 1 juta, transportasi dari Rp 450 ribu menjadi Rp 600 ribu, dan listrik dari Rp 175 ribu menjadi Rp 300 ribu. (Liputan6.com)
