*JAKARTA* – Ketua MPR RI sekaligus Wakil Ketua Umum Partai Golkar Bambang Soesatyo mengapresiasi Gerakan Bhinneka Nasionalis (GBN) yang dipimpin Ketua Erros Djarot dan Sekretaris Jenderal Dhia Prekasha Yoedha, sebagai wadah perjuangan membangun nasionalisme melalui gerakan kebudayaan. Salah satunya dengan menyelenggarakan Bhinneka Culture Festival, untuk menghadirkan narasi kebudayaan, yang seringkali cenderung ‘terabaikan’ di tengah kesibukan dan geliat pemulihan perekonomian rakyat, yang selama lebih dari 2 tahun terdampak oleh pandemi Covid-19, serta di tengah hiruk pikuk kehidupan sosial-politik yang semakin dinamis.

 

“Bhinneka Culture Festival merepresentasikan aktualisasi kreasi seni dan budaya dalam beragam coraknya. Antara lain melalui diskusi, pagelaran musik, peragaan busana, pertunjukan wayang kulit, pameran dan lokakarya kartun dan festival kopi, mengisyaratkan pesan penting, bahwa aktualisasi seni dan budaya memiliki ruang interpretasi yang begitu luas. Seni dan budaya menyentuh hampir seluruh aspek kehidupan,” ujar Bamsoet usai membuka Bhinneka Culture Festival, di Gedung Gerakan Bhinneka Nasionalis, Jakarta, Rabu (28/9/22).

 

Hadir antara lain Menkopolhukam Mahfud MD, Ketua Umum DPP GBN Erros Djarot, Sekretaris Jenderal DPP GBN Dhia Prekasha Yoedha, Musisi Candra Darusman serta politisi Hamdan Zulvan.

Ketua DPR RI ke-20 dan mantan Ketua Komisi III DPR RI bidang Hukum, HAM, dan Keamanan ini menjelaskan, Bhinneka Culture Festival juga mengemban misi mulia untuk menguatkan nilai-nilai kebhinekaan, kebangsaan dan nasionalisme, yang seiring perkembangan zaman dirasakan semakin terpinggirkan dari ranah realitas sosial. Sekaligus menyadarkan bahwa pemberdayaan nilai-nilai kearifan lokal dapat menjadi rujukan dalam penyelesaian berbagai persoalan kebangsaan.

 

“Di sisi lain, Bhinneka Culture Festival juga dapat memfasilitasi kebangkitan perekonomian rakyat, antara lain melalui promosi produk-produk UMKM, IKM, dan ekonomi kreatif. Keterlibatan berbagai pemangku kepentingan dalam event ini juga menegaskan, bahwa seni dan budaya dapat menjadi piranti untuk membangun semangat kebersamaan, merajut sinergi dan kolaborasi, atau yang biasa kita sebut dengan gotong royong,” jelas Bamsoet.

Wakil Ketua Umum SOKSI dan Kepala Badan Hubungan Penegakan Hukum, Pertahanan, dan Keamanan KADIN Indonesia ini menuturkan keprihatinan oleh publikasi beberapa hasil survei tentang Pancasila. Antara lain survei Komunitas Pancasila Muda pada akhir Mei 2020 yang mencatat bahwa masih ada 19,5 persen generasi muda yang menganggap Pancasila hanya sekedar istilah yang tidak dipahami maknanya. Sebelumnya, survei LSI Tahun 2018 juga mencatat bahwa dalam kurun waktu 13 tahun masyarakat yang pro terhadap Pancasila telah mengalami penurunan sekitar 10 persen, dari 85,2 persen pada tahun 2005 menjadi 75,3 persen pada tahun 2018.

 

“Survei SMRC yang dirilis bulan Juni 2022 mengenai Sikap publik terhadap Pancasila dalam rangka Konsolidasi Sistem Politik Indonesia, mengisyaratkan bahwa dari tingkat yang paling elementer sekalipun, pengetahuan dasar masyarakat tentang Pancasila masih belum optimal, dengan skor 64,6 atau dalam kategori sedang. Hasil survei juga mengungkap bahwa komitmen publik terhadap nilai-nilai Pancasila, dan implementasi nilai-nilai Pancasila dalam kehidupan berbangsa juga diklasifikasikan dalam kategori sedang-sedang saja,” pungkas Bamsoet.
