Setiap bangsa di dunia pasti memiliki peradaban dengan nilai-nilai sejarah yang dilalui dalam proses kebangsaannya. Nilai sejarah tersebut karena penuh makna, tentu menjadi bentuk renungan bagi setiap generasi bangsa tersebut.
Demikian bangsa Indonesia pada tanggal 20 Mei diperingati sebagai Hari Kebangkitan Nasional ( HARKITNAS ). Dari literasi kebangkitan tentu core bisnisnya adalah semangat untuk bergerak ke arah baru yang dicita-citakan (optimisme). Dari semangat dasar kebangkitan nasional, berbagai literatur yang pernah saya pahami bahwa makna kebangkitan saat tahun 1908 adalah tumbuhnya ajakan untuk bisa sadar bahwa agar menuju kemerdekaan perlu sepakat untuk bersatu supaya ada trigger ke arah satu perjuangan untuk lepas dari penjajahan. Kata kunci kekuatannya ada pada lahirnya paham kebangsaan yang dibungkus oleh rasa persatuan dalam perjuangan menjadi satu bangsa, satu bahasa dan satu tanah air, hasilnya setelah 20 tahun kemudian yaitu 28 oktober 1928 Sumpah Pemuda. Dengan tekad persatuan Sebagai satu bangsa Indonesia saat itu, nilai perjuangan kebangsaan semakin menggema untuk lepas dari penjajahan , sehingga sampailah pada titik kulminasinya pada kemerdekaan Indonesia tanggal 17 Agustus 1945.

Bangkit Untuk Memperbaiki Dampak Covid19

Kalau sejarah kebangkitan nasional , setiap pihak tentu memiliki perspektif bahasan masing-masing dalam mengungkapkannya dengan tetap bersandar kajian pustaka. Namun pada ulasan ini, saya ingin mengajak kita merenungkan akan makna kebangkitan nasional dalam upaya-upaya konkret ( tidak sebatas ceremonial ), sehingga kita “bangkit” dari tekanan-tekanan sosial dari dampak covid19 ( red: penjajah yang tak terlihat sejak 2 tahun lalu ). Meskipun seluruh negara terkena dampak covid19, tapi kita fokus pada semangat kebangsaan kita untuk segera pulih atau bangkit membenahi dampaknya, diantaranya : bagaimana mengatasi masalah menurunnya pendapatan masyarakat agar perputaran roda ekonomi di daerah pedesaan semakin baik, kemudian bagaimana distribusi sandang pangan yang teratur dan terukur dan terpenuhi secara proporsional agar meminimalisir gejolak sosial di masyarakat , juga perlu secara optimal penataan tenaga kerja yang produktif bagi industri berskala nasional sehingga membantu pertumbuhan makro ekonomi dan hal lainnya mendukung kelancaran langkah-langkah yang sudah menjadi kebijakan pemerintah dalam penanganan dampak dari Covid19.

Hal yang paling mendasar untuk membenahi semua dampak penjajahan tak terlihat ( covid19 ) adalah kita harus secara bergotong- royong serta meningkatkan etos kerja dan didukung adanya integritas kebangsaan untuk maju bersama ( sesuai muatan Gerakan Nasional Revolusi Mental ). Hal ini sejalan juga untuk mendorong Indonesia Maju sebagaimana tema Hari Kebangkitan Nasional ke 114 , AYO BANGKIT BERSAMA, dengan konsepsi Indonesia Bangkit dan Indonesia Maju. Pertanyaan dasar, dari mana dimulai ? Tentu karena kita sudah bersumpah satu bangsa Indonesia , untuk bisa bangkit membangun adalah dengan memainkan peran masing-masing pihak dimanapun posisi kita. Jika kita pebisnis, maka saling membuka ruang supply dan demand yang seimbang agar tercapai distribusi kebutuhan rakyat yang tercukupi dan terjangkau semua pihak. Jika kita aparatur pemerintah, sepatutnya segera evaluasi apa yang menjadi bagian kebutuhan masyarakat yang mendukung kelancaran pelayanan publik terutama kelancaran usaha mikro di daerah. Demikian juga distribusi pangan dan stabilitas harga untuk tetap terjangkau sehingga tidak memunculkan masalah baru dalam penanganannya. Hal pendukung lainnya seperti cipta kenyamanan berusaha tentu sudah ada pengaturannya secara rutin.

Bangkit Dalam Semangat Kebangsaan

Dari langkah-langkah yang saya ungkapkan di atas untuk menghadapi dan memperbaiki kelambatan usaha, meningkatkan pendapatan masyarakat agar memperkuat transaksi ekonomi di masyarakat yang cenderung tertahan selama 2 tahun ini, tentu kita harus bangkit mengejar ketinggalan dalam berbagai lini kehidupan ekonomi masyarakat.
Kenapa saya gunakan istilah Bangkit Dalam semangat kebangsaan ? agar dalam memaknai kebangkitan nasional tahun 2022 ini , kita fokus perbaikan kehidupan bangsa ( khususnya sosial ekonomi ) dan kita hindari berpolemik dengan isu isu yang tidak konstitusional serta perdebatan-perdebatan yang berusaha memecah belah dan merusak sendi-sendi persatuan bangsa. Kita pahami bersama bahwa kekuatan bangsa Indonesia dari 1908, 1928 sampai kita merdeka 1945 karena kita kompak bersatu sebagaimana nilai-nilai Pancasila dalam pembukaan UUD 1945. Untuk itu fokuslah pada nilai persatuan Indonesia agar kita bisa kuat dan bangkit menuju Indonesia maju. Selamat Harkitnas ke-114.
