“Untuk memanfaatkan teknologi digital secara maksimal sebagai alat bantu produktivitas dalam bekerja, belajar dan kegiatan lain, diperlukan ASN yang memahami literasi digital,” kata Teddy Sukardi sebagai narasumber dari ASK Consulting, lembaga pemberdayaan para professional untuk memimpin dengan percaya diri, pada Webinar Satu Hari Belajar Terintegrasi hari ini, Senin (27/6/2022) yang bertema Literasi Digital Sektor Pemerintah diikuti sebanyak 460 pegawai Ditjen Dukcapil dan dibuka oleh Kepala BPSDM Kemendagri Sugeng Hariyono.
Teddy menjelaskan, beberapa fungsi dan manfaat teknologi digital di antaranya untuk membantu pekerjaan membuat, mengubah, menyimpan, menyampaikan dan menyebarluaskan informasi secara cepat dan berkualitas serta efisien.
“Kemampuan ASN sangat penting, mengapa? Karena bisa mempengaruhi kinerja instansi dari kinerja pribadi seorang ASN,” ungkapnya.
Dia menambahkan, kinerja pribadi dengan menggunakan teknologi sebagai alat bantu bisa menyesuaikan dengan kebutuhan mitra kerja baik internal mapupun eksternal, termasuk masyarakat.
Sehingga dianggap penting, karena saat ini proses bisnis di sektor pemerintah semakin banyak yang memanfaatkan teknologi digital menuju digital government.
Selaras apa yang disampaikan Dirjen Dukcapil Zudan Arif Fakrulloh yang berkomitmen mendukung setiap lembaga pemerintah maupun swasta yang bergerak di layanan publik untuk bertransformasi menuju digital. Proses verifikasi menjadi berbasis elektronik menggunakan sistem e-KYC (electronic know your costumer).
