Bekasi – Ikatan Alumni Institut Teknologi Nasional (IKA Alumni ITN) Malang menggelar Rapat Kerja Perdana atau ke I di Hotel Aston Bekasi, Kota Bekasi, Minggu (24/07/2022). Adapun yang hadir Pengurus IKA ITN Malang Wilayah Jakarta, Jawa Barat dan Banten (JJB) Masa Bhakti 2022 – 2025.

M. Herriyansyah Andrian Ketua Umum IKA ITN Malang Wilayah JJB mengatakan, Raker ini bertujuan untuk membrackdown Visi Misi dan Program Kerja Alumni secara mendalam. Dimana melalui Raker Perdana IKA ITN Wilayah JBB ini diputuskan rencana program kerja (roadmap) dan penataan organisasi.

IKA ITN Wilayah JJB katanya juga akan membuat Badan Usaha Alumni IKA ITN. Yang nantinya akan disinergikan dengan Institut atau kampus, dimana almamater kami berada.

“IKA Alumni JJB beserta alumni ITN lainnya akan menciptakan lapangan pekerjaan dan UMKM-UMKM baik bisnis mikro maupun makro,” tukas Heri sapaan akrabnya.

Ketika ditanya berapa kekuatan alumni IKA ITN? Heri menjawab, bahwa alumni IKA  ITN total semuanya nasioanl ada 30.000 orang. Sementara Jabodetabek ada sekitar 600-an orang alumni.

“Semua alumni ini (red-30.000 orang) akan kita ikat dalam sebuah IKA Alumni ITN. Sehingga menjadi kekuatan bersama kedepannya,” jawabnya.

Adapun kata Heri program jangka pendek adalah penguatan kelembagaan, kesekretariatan dan legal standing. Untuk program jangka menengah program percepatan untuk ekonomi makro, UMKM, dan badan amal usaha mahasiswa.

“Untuk program jangka panjang akan ada pemilihan kongres IKA Alumni ITN ke 2 yang akan melanjutkan program besar bersekala nasional,” pungkas Heri Alumni Teknis Mesin 1991 ini.

Sementara itu, Erwin Sembarat Wijaya Sekretaris Jenderal IKA Alumni ITN Wilayah JJB mengatakan, raker ini adalah pertemuan pertama dari IKA ITN Wilayah JJB. Katanya ini dibentuk sebagai perpanjangan almamater ITN Malang yang memiliki basis alumni yang cukup banyak.

“Sudah selayaknya kita membentuk satu kesatuan, agar kita bersinergi dengan baik. Dalam rangka mencapai kemajuan bersama sebagai alumni di Jakarta, Jawa Barat dan Banten,” ujarnya.

Harapannya kedepan kata Erwin, adalah kita bisa menghasilkan sesuatu kerja nyata. Serta program-program yang dapat kita gelontorkan dan jalankan dengan baik di semua arena.

“Mencakup area tehnisan yang kita kuasai. Kira-kira seperti itu harapan awal raker perdana IKA Alumni ITN Wilayah JJB ini,” pungkas Erwin Alumni Teknik Elektro 1998.

Selain itu,  Rudhi Wibawa Juru Bicara IKA Alumni ITN JJB mengatakan, rapat hari ini adalah merupakan output dari amanah kongres yang sudah dijalankan. Yang mana dilaksanakan pada tanggal 29 Mei 2022 kemarin dan melahirkan kepengurusan IKA ITN Wilayah JJB.

“Kongres tersebut melahirkan kepengurusan dan terpilih Ketua Umum Ikatan Alumni (IKA) ITN Malang Wilayah JJB,” ucapnya.

Tentu dengan terbentuknya IKA ITN ini kita punya harapan, bahwa selama ini alumni ITN yang tersebar bisa menaunginya dan memberikan fasilitas untuk meningkatkan usaha-usaha kerjasama dengan ITN. Dimana ITN sebagai almamater para alumni bisa menjalin kerjasama bersama 

“Kita harapkan IKA ITN ini menjadi wadah yang memberikan kontribusi. Tentunya bukan hanya untuk ITN tetapi juga bagi dunia pendidikan dan dunia kerja,” ucap Rudhi penuh semangat.

Perlu diingat kata dia, ITN adalah salah satu Institut yang banyak melahirkan teknokrat-tehnokrat yang tersebar di Indonesia. Sehingga saatnyalah kita sebagai alumni memberikan sebuah wadah kontribusi langkah nyata kedepan.

“Hal ini (red-raker) bukanlah langkah akhir, tetapi adalah langkah awal, untuk kedepan lebih besar lagi,” pungkas Rudhi Alumni Tehnik Mesin 1989 ini.

Acara Rapat Kerja Perdana IKA ITN Wilayah JJB di Hotel Aston Bekasi, Kota Bekasi, Minggu (24/07/2022) dihadiri lintas angkatan dan berbagai jurusan teknik ITN Malang. Mulai dari jurusan Teknik Mesin, Teknik Arsitektur, Teknik Elektro, Teknik Pengairan, Teknik Industri dan Teknik Sipil dari tahun 1977 sampai yang termuda tahun 2007. (red)
