Memiliki tubuh yang sehat dan bugar merupakan dambaan bagi setiap orang. Dengan tubuh yang sehat, maka kita akan dapat melakukan berbagai aktivitas dan kesibukan sehari-hari dengan baik.

Banyak hal yang dapat dilakukan untuk dapat hidup sehat, antara lain dengan menjaga asupan gizi pada makanan dan minuman yang kita konsumsi, serta melakukan pola hidup sehat yang salah satunya dengan rajin berolah raga.

Berawal dari pentingnya kesehatan dan kecintaannya terhadap seluruh prajurit dan PNS beserta keluarganya, Kepala Staf Angkatan Darat (Kasad) Jenderal TNI Dudung Abdurachman merasa perlu untuk membantu mencukupi kebutuhan gizi keluarga mereka sehari-hari.

Untuk itulah, kini Susu Serdadu telah hadir di tengah-tengah prajurit dan keluarganya. Melalui susu yang kaya akan kandungan gizi dan energi ini, Kasad ingin agar para prajurit dan keluarganya dapat terus terpenuhi asupan gizinya dan terjaga kesehatannya.

Sebagai anak kolong (sebutan untuk anak prajurit), Jenderal Dudung pernah merasakan manfaat dan pentingnya susu bagi keluarga. Semasa waktu ayahnya masih aktif sebagai prajurit, dia mengaku senang dengan adanya dukungan Susu Shinta yang diterima ayahnya, pemberian dari Panglima ABRI waktu itu yakni Jenderal M. Jusuf.

Kenangan masa kecil itu juga yang ingin dilanjutkan dan diberikannya kepada seluruh prajurit TNI Angkatan Darat dan keluarganya. Sebagai sosok pemimpin yang peduli dan perhatian kepada anggotanya, dirinya paham betul manfaat susu bagi kehidupan para prajurit dan keluarganya.

Susu merupakan salah satu minuman yang banyak dikonsumsi oleh setiap orang di segala usia. Karena susu mengandung beragam nutrisi yang penting bagi tubuh. Begitu pula Susu Serdadu yang mampu untuk menjaga organ tubuh supaya tetap berfungsi dengan baik dan melindungi tubuh dari serangan penyakit.

Lebih dari itu, berbagai pakar gizi mengemukakan, secara umum susu sangat baik untuk menunjang tumbuh kembang. Mengkonsumsi susu secara rutin pun dianjurkan sejak dari masa kanak-kanak. Sedangkan untuk orang dewasa seperti prajurit, susu mampu untuk membantu menurunkan risiko munculnya penyakit, seperti osteoporosis dan penyakit kardiovaskuler. 

Hingga saat ini, kehadiran Susu Serdadu telah banyak dirasakan manfaatnya oleh para prajurit TNI Angkatan Darat. Salah satunya pada saat gelaran TMMD ke-113 Ponorogo di Desa Cepoko yang baru berakhir beberapa waktu lalu. Dengan dukungan susu tersebut, mereka menjadi lebih bersemangat dan bertenaga dalam melakukan berbagai pembangunan infrastruktur untuk meningkatkan kesejahteraan masyarakat.

Hal itu juga diakui langsung oleh Dansatgas TMMD ke-113 Ponorogo Letkol Inf Muhammad Radhi Rusin. Selain menjadi lebih bersemangat dan bertenaga, para prajurit itu juga selalu dalam kondisi sehat dan bugar selama pelaksanaan TMMD berlangsung.

Dengan kondisi itu, maka tak mengherankan, jika berbagai pembangunan infrasrtuktur yang dikerjakan dapat selesai sesuai target dan tepat waktu. Bahkan lebih cepat dari alokasi waktu yang telah ditentukan.

Tak hanya bagi prajurit, manfaat Susu Serdadu juga dirasakan oleh anak-anak mereka. Sertu Zainal contohnya, prajurit yang kesehariannya bertugas di Staf Teritorial Korem 081/Dhirotsaha Jaya mengaku, semenjak anak-anaknya mengkonsumsi Susu Serdadu, mereka menjadi lebih energik dan semangat dalam belajarnya.

Diakuinya juga, kini anak-anaknya juga lebih rajin dalam membantu pekerjaan orang tua di rumah. Dengan Susu Serdadu dari Kasad Jenderal TNI Dudung Abdurachman, dirinya pun optimis, kecerdasan anak-anaknya akan semakin baik dan lebih berprestasi di sekolahnya.

Sama halnya dengan suami dan anak-anaknya, para istri prajurit juga banyak merasakan manfaat dari Susu Serdadu ini. Misal, Sri Lestari, istri dari Paur Penrem 081/Dhirotsaha Jaya Letda Inf Lamidi. Sebagai seorang guru, dirinya ikut merasakan manfaat dari mengkonsumsi Susu Serdadu dari pembagian yang diterima suaminya.

Rutin mengkonsumsi Susu Sedadu setiap pagi, membuatnya semakin bersemangat dalam melakukan tugasnya untuk memberikan ilmu pelajaran bagi anak-anak didiknya di SMPN 2 Karangrejo, Magetan. Dengan semangat yang dimilikinya kini, maka tak ayal akan dapat lebih mencerdaskan mereka para muridnya dan memajukan dunia pendidikan. Generasi muda cerdas, pendidikan maju, tentunya bangsa Indonesia pun juga akan semakin maju.

Rasanya yang enak dan nikmat, menjadikan Susu Serdadu ini tak hanya disukai oleh prajurit dan keluarganya. Bahkan bagi siapa saja yang pernah merasakan, mengakui akan rasa dan kelezatan dari susu tersebut. Tak terkecuali para Forkopimda di jajaran Korem 081/Dhirotsaha Jaya.

Banyak apresiasi dan tanggapan positif dari mereka saat diperkenalkan dan diajak minum Susu Serdadu bersama oleh Danrem 081/Dhirotsaha Jaya Kolonel Inf Deni Rejeki. Salah satunya yakni Bupati Ponorogo Sugiri Sancoko. Selain memuji rasanya, dirinya juga mengakui, semenjak para prajurit TNI Angkatan Darat di Kodim 0802/Ponorogo mengkonsumsi Susu Serdadu, para prajurit itu terlihat jauh lebih bugar dan bersemangat dalam berbagai kegiatan di wilayah. Khususnya dalam membantu tugas Pemkab Ponorogo di tengah-tengah masyarakat.

Selain menegaskan Susu Serdadu kaya akan kandungan gizi dan pilihan tepat untuk TNI Angkatan Darat, dirinya juga merasa sangat terbantu dan berterima kasih dengan adanya ide atau gagasan brilliant dari Kasad Jenderal TNI Dudung Abdurachman dalam memberikan dukungan Susu Serdadu kepada para prajurit TNI Angkatan Darat.

Hal senada juga disampaikan oleh Kapolres Pacitan, AKBP Wiwit Ari Wibisono. Peningkatan Kamtibmas di wilayah Pacitan saat ini tidak terlepas dari Sinergitas TNI-Polri yang semakin baik. Bahkan diakuinya, semenjak adanya dukungan Susu Serdadu, para prajurit dari Kodim 0801/Pacitan terlihat semakin siap dan mempunyai tenaga ekstra dalam mewujudkan Pacitan yang aman dan kondusif.

Sejak resmi dilantik oleh Presiden Joko Widodo pada 17 November 2021, Kasad Jenderal TNI Dudung Abdurachman terus berupaya dan bekerja keras untuk dapat meningkatkan kesejahteraan bagi para prajuritnya. Susu Serdadu inilah contohnya, susu para prajurit TNI Angkatan Darat dan keluarganya yang disukai semua orang (Red)
