JAKARTA – Komisi Pemberantasan Korupsi (KPK) telah mengirimkan surat ke Ditjen Imigrasi, Kementerian Hukum dan HAM, untuk pencegahan ke luar negeri terhadap Deisti Astriani Tagor, istri Setya Novanto.

Deisti dicegah ke luar negeri dalam proses penyidikan kasus korupsi KTP-elektronik (KTP-e) dengan tersangka Anang Sugiana Sudihardjo yang merupakan Direktur Utama PT Quadra Solution.

“Jangka waktu pencegahan selama enam bulan kedepan terhitung sejak 21 November 2017 karena dibutuhkan keterangannya sebagai saksi dalam kasus KTP-e. Agar saat dibutuhkan keterangannya tidak sedang berada di luar negeri,” kata Juru Bicara KPK Febri Diansyah di Jakarta, Kamis.

Sebelumnya, Deisti sempat diperiksa sebagai saksi untuk tersangka Anang dalam kapasitasnya sebagai mantan Komisaris PT Mondialindo Graha Perdana pada Senin (20/11).

Namun, ia tidak memberikan komentar banyak terkait pemeriksaannya tersebut.

“Tanya penyidik ya,” kata Deisti sesuai diperiksa di gedung KPK, Jakarta, Senin (20/11).

Febri menyatakan pemeriksaan terhadap Deisti untuk mendalami kronologis kepemilikan perusahaan PT Mondialindo Graha Perdana dan PT Murakabi Sejahtera serta pihak-pihak yang memiliki saham di sana.

“Ada sejarah tentang kepemilikan perusahaan salah satunya Murakabi yang kami dalami lebih lanjut itu sejarah awalnya bagaimana dan nama saksi juga tercantum di dalam salah satu perusahaan lain dengan jabatan yang cukup tinggi dan kuat,” ucap Febri.

Deisti juga merupakan mantan Komisaris PT Mondialindo Graha Perdana.

“Kami ingin melihat keterkaitan dari beberapa perusahaan, saham-sahamnya siapa yang memiliki dan proses distribusi atau perpindahan sahamnya juga menjadi perhatian publik bagi KPK,” tuturnya.

Anang Sugiana Sudihardjo merupakan Direktur Utama PT Quadra Solution yang ditetapkan sebagai tersangka kasus KTP-e pada 27 September 2017.

PT Quadra Solution merupakan salah satu perusahaan yang tergabung dalam konsorsium Percetakan Negara Republik Indonesia (PNRI) sebagai pelaksana proyek KTP-elektronik (KTP-e) yang terdiri dari Perum PNRI, PT LEN Industri, PT Quadra Solution, PT Sucofindo, dan PT Sandipala Artha Putra.

Anang Sugiana Sudihardjo diduga dengan tujuan menguntungkan diri sendiri atau orang lain atau suatu korporasi menyalahgunakan kewenangan, kesempatan atau sarana yang ada padanya karena kedudukannya atau jabatannya sehingga diduga mengakibatkan kerugian negara sekurang-kurangnya Rp2,3 triliun dari nilai paket pengadaan sekitar Rp5,9 triliun dalam paket pengadaan KTP-e pada Kemendagri.

Indikasi peran Anang Sugiana Sudihardjo terkait kasus itu antara lain diduga dilakukan bersama-sama dengan Setya Novanto, Andi Agusitnus alias Andi Narogong, Irman dan Sugiharto dan kawan-kawan.

Anang Sugiana Sudihardjo diduga berperan dalam penyerahan uang terhadap Setya Novanto dan sejumlah anggota DPR RI melalui Andi Agustinus alias Andi Narogong terkait dengan proyek KTP-e.

Anang Sugiana Sudihardjo disangka melanggar pasal 2 ayat (1) atas pasal 3 UU No 31 Tahun 1999 sebagaimana telah diubah dengan UU No 20 Tahun 2001 tentang Pemberantasan Korupsi jo pasal 55 ayat (1) ke-1 KUHP.

Sebelumnya, dalam persidangan di Pengadilan Tindak Pidana Korupsi Jakarta, Deisti Astriani Tagor dan Reza Herwindo yang merupakan istri dan anak Setya Novanto diketahui pernah memiliki saham di PT Mondialindo Graha Perdana yang merupakan pemegang saham mayoritas dari PT Murakabi Sejahtera, salah satu perusahaan peserta proyek KTP-e.

“Dari dokumen yang ada 80 persen dari saham PT Mondialindo Graha Perdana dimiliki Deisti dan Reza lalu dijual ke Cyprus Antonia Tatali, apakah saudara tahu Cyprus Antonia Tatali itu pengusaha atau pengacara?” tanya jaksa penuntut umum (JPU) KPK Taufiq Ibnugroho di pengadilan Tindak Pidana Korupsi (Tipikor) Jakarta, Jumat (3/10).

“Saya tahu dia pengusaha,” jawab Setya Novanto.

Setya Novanto menjadi saksi untuk terdakwa pengusaha Andi Agustinus alias Andi Narogong yang didakwa mendapatkan keuntungan 1,499 juta dolar AS dan Rp1 miliar dalam proyek pengadaan KTP elektronik (KTP-e) yang seluruhnya merugikan keuangan negara senilai Rp2,3 triliun. (ant)
