Medan -kesbang.com- Diskusi Kamis malam (22/9/2022), Sekretaris Jenderal The Jokowi Dream, Ir. H. Arse Pane dengan Ketua LSM Penjara Sumut, Adi Marwan Lubis, SH terkait mencari figur yang pantas dan bersih, calon penjabat Gubernur DKI yang sedang digodok digedung Kementerian Dalam Negeri sampai menentukan nama final jatuh ketangan Presiden Jokowi.

 

Ingat ya ada tiga kontestan yang telah direkomendasi oleh DPRD DKI kepada Kementerian Dalam Negeri, diantaranya ujar Arse Pane putra asli kelahiran Kota Medan ini, ada nama Kasatpres Heru Budi Hartono. Penting diketahui, sosok HBH melekat nama Ahok_Basuki Tjahaja Purnama. Karena era Gubernur BTP ia ditunjuk sebagai Kepala Badan Pengelola Keuangan Aset Daerah DKI, sebelum diangkat Kepala Sekretariat Kepresidenan 2017.

Sedangkan Sekda DKI, Marullah Matali sempat dibuat geger dengan kekesalan Ketua DPRD DKI Prasetyo Edi Marsudi dan murka ketika Gubernur Anies Baswedan hendak akan melantik Asisten Pemerintahan Setda DKI Jakarta, Sigit Wijatmoko sebagai pelaksana harian (Plh) Sekda DKI untuk mengisi kekosongan selama Sekda DKI Marullah Matali beribadah haji.

 

Prasetyo geram dengan undangan pelantikan Sigit Wijatmoko, sebagai Pj. Sekda DKI akan digelar pukul 13.30 Wib di Balaikota disebutkan. Undangan hari Senin (18/7/2022) itu karena berdasarkan peraturan. Anies tak memiliki kewenangan penuh untuk mengganti jabatan Sekda DKI.

Untuk nama Bahtiar, Dirjen Politik dan Pemerintahan Umum Kemendagri. Latar murni birokrat pria kelahiran Bone, Sulawesi Selatan ini dan berada di lingkaran pemerintahan pusat. Pejabat eselon I di Kementerian Dalam Negeri (Kemendagri-red) ini memiliki kepatutan tugas sebagai Penjabat Gubernur DKI lantaran ia sebelumnya miliki pengalaman sebagai Kepala Pusat Penerangan (Kapuspen-red) Kemendagri dan dikenal sangat dekat kalangan jurnalis bahkan hingga kini.

“Nama Bahtiar juga pernah dipercaya Penjabat Sementara (Pjs-red) Gubernur Kepulauan Riau (Kepri),” Nah pengalaman tersebut tidak ujug-ujug. Pria cool ini juga sempat merasakan sebagai Kasubdit Ormas Ditjen Polpum Kemendagri. Ia juga Alumni STPDN/IPDN 04 titik. demikian Arse Pane yang juga didapuk selaku Ketua Umum Serikat Buruh Pekerja Penerbit Percetakan Media Patriot Pancasila (SBP3M PP-red).

Terbaru senada dengan bung Arse, Direktur Rumah Politik Indonesia, Fernando Ersento M. Sitorus yang terang-terangan menilai Pria kelahiran Bone, 16 Januari 1971 ini usai dalam rapat pimpinan gabungan (Rapimgab-red) DPRD DKI memperoleh dukungan enam suara dari total sembilan fraksi yang ada memang sangat pantas dan cakap memimpin ibu kota

Suku Betawi yang menjadi tuan rumah Jakarta adalah masyarakat yang bertoleransi, menghargai dan berharmonisasi satu sama lain. Pandangan Ketua LSM Penjara Sumut, Adi Marwan Lubis, SH bahwa masyarakat yang telah siap menerima perbedaan, sejak zaman penjajahan Belanda, Jepang, ada juga Tionghoa berkumpul di Jakarta. Gak susah kita mencari komunitas keturunan berkumpul di Glodok, apalagi mau makan masakan Padang, warung Tegal, Soto Madura, Bubur Manado, bahkan masakan khas Mandailing. Semua ada disana, di ibu kota. “Harapan kami Pj. Gubernur DKI tidak punya tendensi kedekatan secara personal dengan elit kekuasaan,” akan kami awasi bila itu terjadi. Adi Marwan mengulas saat dirinya bolak balik Jakarta disibukkan dengan usaha bisnis pakaian di Pasar Sentral Medan.

 

Jakarta Itu Miniatur Indonesia, begitu pula dengan agamanya yang beragam kumpul disana. Bahkan hingga kini, berbagai suku di Indonesia juga menetap di ibu kota “Bukan tanpa alasan Bung Karno menetapkan Jakarta sebagai ibu kota NKRI, karena miniatur Indonesia ada di Jakarta,” ungkap Sekjen The Jokowi Dream itu mengingatkan Mendagri Tito Karnavian agar berhati-hati dalam konteks kemajemukan ibu kota.

Ketua Ikatan Reporter Seluruh Indonesia itu juga menuturkan, Indonesia adalah negara Bhinneka Tunggal Ika, maka sudah seharusnya bangsa Indonesia memiliki rasa persatuan yang tinggi.

 

Khususnya di DKI Jakarta, sebagai ibu kota, masyarakat betawi harus mencerminkan persatuan itu dengan kebudayaan. Saya ber-Ktp DKI, menetap lebih 21 tahun, berharap kepada Bahtiar dapat menjadi perekat keterhubungan satu sama lain. “Ini penting karena menjamin netralitas dalam memimpin DKI Jakarta, agar tidak ada celah upaya politik praktis 2024 di kontestasi politik menghalalkan segala cara,” tegas Arse Pane tanpa tedeng aling-aling.

“Maka orang Betawi dan budaya Betawi adalah pelopor ke-Bhineka Tunggal Ika-an. Golok Gobang sebagai tanda persatuan RI.” urai Ir. H. Arse Pane yang didaulat sebagai Ketua Kompartemen Media & Public Relation di Himpunan Pimpinan Pendidik Pelatihan & Kewirausahaan Indonesia disingkat HP3KI***
