JAKARTA – Wakil Presiden RI ke-6, Jenderal TNI (Purn) Try Sutrisno memberikan wasiat kepada Ketua DPD RI AA LaNyalla Mahmud Mattalitti, untuk melakukan Kaji Ulang Konstitusi hasil Amandemen tahun 1999-2002 silam, demi penyelamatan bangsa dan negara.

Hal itu dikatakan mantan Panglima ABRI tersebut saat menerima LaNyalla di kediamannya, di kawasan Menteng, Jakarta Pusat, Sabtu (28/5/2022).

“Saya ini sudah 87 tahun, tidak lama lagi akan meninggal, saya titip wasiat kepada Anda, karena saya tahu Kakek Anda, Pak Mattalitti itu pejuang. Waktu peristiwa perobekan Bendera Belanda di Surabaya, saya masih anak-anak, melihat dari toko Kakek Anda di Tunjungan. Tolong selamatkan bangsa dan negara ini dari kehancuran di masa depan,” ungkap pria kelahiran Surabaya 15 November 1935 itu.

Dikatakan Try, Amandemen Konstitusi yang dilakukan empat tahap di tahun 1999 hingga 2002 silam sama sekali tidak dilakukan dengan tahapan yang ideal. Perubahan dilakukan cepat-cepatan, dan ada pengaruh kepentingan asing. Sehingga hasilnya, bangsa ini kehilangan keindonesiaannya.

“Isi pasal-pasalnya sudah tidak nyambung lagi dengan Pancasila yang ada di naskah Pembukaan UUD. Sehingga jangan heran kalau kemudian lahir banyak sekali Undang-Undang turunan dari Konstitusi yang merugikan rakyat sebagai pemilik kedaulatan bangsa ini,” tuturnya.

Puncaknya, kata Try Sutrisno, adalah diubahnya sistem paling hakiki dari Pancasila, yaitu lembaga keterwakilan rakyat, yang dulu berada di Lembaga Tertinggi Negara, yaitu MPR, yang terdiri dari DPR, Utusan Daerah, Utusan Golongan dan Fraksi ABRI (TNI-Polri).

“Sehingga sekarang sistem negara ini menjadi liberalis, individualistis dan kapitalis. Semua ditentukan Partai Politik. Padahal Pancasila yang dirumuskan pendiri bangsa ini adalah sistem asli yang sudah sangat cocok untuk membuat Indonesia menjadi negara yang kuat dan berdaulat,” tandasnya.

Dikatakan Try, situasi sekarang dimana Legislatif menjadi heavy (kuat, red), bukan kemudian berdampak kepada check and balances yang kuat dan berpihak kepada kepentingan rakyat. Tetapi menjelma menjadi parpol heavy. Karena DPR adalah kepanjangan parpol.

“Saya mengikuti pernyataan dan aktivitas Anda. Saya mendukung, karena apa yang Anda katakan benar. Tetapi akan sulit memperjuangkan Keadilan Sosial untuk rakyat, kalau Konstitusi kita seperti hari ini, memberi ruang kepada Oligarki untuk menguasai negara,” bebernya.

Karena itu, lanjutnya, Kaji Ulang Amandemen Konstitusi, dengan cara kembali kepada UUD Naskah Asli, lalu lakukan perbaikan-perbaikan melalui Adendum. Agar bangsa ini, dan anak cucu kita selamat. Bangsa ini bukan milik segelintir orang, tetapi milik 270 juta rakyat.

“Saya minta Anda, karena Kakek Anda itu pejuang lho. Perjuangkan Kaji Ulang Konstitusi kita. Pastikan kedaulatan kembali ke tangan rakyat. Pastikan Pancasila yang ditetapkan di Naskah Pembukaan UUD menjadi falsafah dan norma dari semua Pasal yang ada di Konstitusi. Ini wasiat saya,” pungkasnya.

Menanggapi itu, LaNyalla pun mengaku siap memperjuangkan apa yang diamanatkan oleh Try Sutrisno. Ia memastikan DPD RI akan tetap konsisten mengawal semua upaya untuk kepentingan kedaulatan rakyat.

“Insya Allah saya konsisten dengan sumpah jabatan saya, untuk membela kepentingan rakyat di atas kepentingan pribadi dan kelompok. Terima kasih atas semua nasehat, masukan dan amanat yang diberikan kepada saya,” tutupnya.

LaNyalla hadir di kediaman Try Sutrisno didampingi Staf Khusus Ketua DPD RI Sefdin Syaifudin dan Staf Ahli Ketua DPD RI Baso Juherman. Tampak mendampingi Try Sutrisno, Koordinator Presidium Nasional Majelis Permusyawaratan Bumiputra, dr Zulkifli Eko Mei. (Sfn)
