Stadion Kanjuruhan adalah sebuah stadion sepak bola yang terletak di Kecamatan Kepanjen, Kabupaten Malang, Jawa Timur, Indonesia. Nama stadion ini berasal dari Kerajaan Kanjuruhan, kerajaan bercorak Hindu yang berdiri pada abad ke-6 di wilayah Malang sekarang. Tidak semua orang mengenal atau pernah mengunjunginya termasuk saya, mungkin bagi mereka pecinta sepak bola terutama masyarakat malang tidak asing, tetapi nama stadion ini pun dikenal bukan saja oleh seluruh masyarakat Indonesia tetapi juga dunia, pasca kekerasan meletus pada pertandingan sepak bola di Stadion Kanjuruhan di Malang, Jawa Timur, Sabtu 1 Oktober 2022 malam. Tercatat Total korban sebanyak 448 orang. Jumlah tersebut merupakan data akumulasi 323 korban luka-luka dan 125 total yang meninggal dan ini termasuk tragedi sepak bola terbesar kedua di dunia sejak 1964.

Di dalam Kitab Undang-Undang Hukum Pidana (KUHP) ada aturan tentang hukuman atas kelalaian yang menyebabkan orang lain meninggal. Delik itu terdapat dalam Pasal 359 KUHP, yang berbunyi: “Barang siapa karena kesalahannya (kealpaannya) menyebabkan orang lain mati, diancam dengan pidana penjara paling lama lima tahun atau pidana kurungan paling lama satu tahun.” Maka berdasarkan pasal ini pertanyaannya siapa yang telah lalai menyebabkan ratusan orang mati dalam tragedi yang memilukan itu.

Apakah Polisi ? Karena polisi telah menggunakan gas air mata dalam mengendalikan Suporter. Sementara alasan Polisi menembakan gas Air mata dikarenakan supporter mulai menyerang petugas dan merusak mobil, seperti yang disampaikan oleh Kapolda Jawa Timur Irjen (Pol) Nico Afinta.

Apakah Penyelenggara dalam hal ini panitia ? Karena Panitia yang mengejar keuntungan semaksimal mungkin dari penjualan tiket masuk, sehingga akhirnya jam tayang tidak berubah, sementara kapasitas stadion yang mampu menampung 42.499 orang dimaksimalkan di angka 42.000 tiket, tidak mengikuti saran Kepolisian yang menyarankan untuk menurunkan ke angka 25.000 tiket saja.

Apakah penonton yang selamat? Karena mereka pasti untuk selamat harus mendorong, menginjak orang lain hingga meninggal. Terlepas mereka melakukannya untuk menyelamatkan diri.

Apakah pemain Arema atau Persebaya ? Karena Kalau saja Persebaya mengalah atau Arema menang, mungkin tidak akan terjadi kerusuhan. Tentu menyalahkan penonton yang selamat dan pada para pemain sangatlah konyol alias tidak mungkin.

Oleh karena banyaknya nyawa melayang, pemerintah pun membentuk Tim Gabungan Independen Pencari Fakta (TGIPF) terkait tragedi maut di Stadion Kanjuruhan, Malang. Tentu ini harus dilakukan agar jelas siapa yang harus bertanggung jawab, sebab ini tidak cukup sekedar konfrensi pers dengan ucapan bela sungkawa apalagi salah diksi “hadirin yang berbahagia,” yang banyak menuai kritik masyarakat.

Akhir kata, kita berharap tidak ingin ada Kanjuruhan Yang malang di masa yang akan datang. Kepada Allah kita memohon semoga mereka yang meninggal diampuni segala dosanya dan bagi mereka yang masih terbaring sakit, luka segera sembuh dengan kesembuhan yang sempurna.
