Jabatan Direktur Keuangan TNI Angkatan Darat (Dirkuad) dari Brigjen TNI Garanta Singkali, S.E., CFrA kepada Kolonel Cku Ari Yulistiyo, S.E., dan jabatan Kepala Dinas Psikologi Angkatan Darat (Kadispsiad) dari Brigjen TNI Drs. Tagar Pujasembada, M.Psi. kepada Kolonel Inf Heny Setyono, S.Psi., M.Si.
Letjen TNI Chandra W. Sukotjo, M.Sc. memasuki masa purna bakti, dan akan menduduki jabatan sebagai Inspektur Jenderal Kementerian Kelautan dan Perikanan Republik Indonesia. Selain Letjen TNI Chandra W. Sukotjo, dua Pati lainnya yang memasuki masa purna bakti, yaitu Letjen TNI Afini Boer dan Brigjen TNI Garanta Singkali, S.E., CfrA.
Kasad, Jenderal TNI Dudung Abdurachman, dalam sambutannya menyampaikan, seorang prajurit tidak akan pernah mengakhiri pengabdiannya, tetapi akan terus berlangsung selama hayat di kandung badan, dan itu bisa diaktualisasikan di luar bidang kemiliteran, karena masyarakat dan Bangsa Indonesia masih menunggu karya-karya dan gagasan-gagasan dari para purnawirawan yang sudah dipastikan kaya akan pengalaman dan pengetahuan.
