Jakarta – Politisi senior PDI Perjuangan Panda Nababan menyebut sosok Gibran Rakabuming masih anak ingusan dan besar kepala, serta menuduh keluarga Jokowi kayak dinasti dalam acara Talk Show ‘Total Politik’ sebuah media online. Menyikapi hal tersebut, Ketua Umum Kelompok Relawan Joko Widodo Solidaritas Merah Putih (Solmet) Silfester Matutina menilai pernyataan tersebut tidak mendidik dan berpotensi merendahkan anak-anak muda yang terjun ke dunia politik.

Pria yang biasa disapa Silfester menyampaikan tanggapan balik atas pernyataan Panda Nababan, yang juga mengatakan Gibran belum memiliki banyak pengalaman sebagai pemimpin dan cenderung besar kepala.

“Pernyataan Panda Nababan
sangat tidak pantas dan sangat berpotensi merendahkan anak-anak muda yang memiliki prestasi dan sedang bekerja keras. Dimana saat ini juga ikut andil memajukan bangsa dan kesejahteraan rakyat Indonesia,” Silfester melalui rilis media di Jakarta, Kamis, (29/6/2023).

Ia secara terang-terangan menyatakan membela Wali Kota Surakarta Gibran Rakabuming Raka. Kata Silfester, Gibran saat ini adalah sosok panutan bagi anak muda dan dinilai mampu memberikan semangat untuk membangun Indonesia.

“Mas Gibran Rakabuming (Walikota Solo) dan Bang Bobby Nasution (Wali Kota Medan) adalah role model yang sangat bagus untuk memberikan semangat kepada anak anak muda. Supaya bisa terpanggil membangun Indonesia lewat jalur politik pemerintahan,” ujarnya.

Selain itu dia juga menilai bergabungnya putra sulung dan menantu Presiden Jokowi itu ke dunia politik tidak menyalahi peraturan perundang-undangan. Apalagi menyalahi nilai etika dan moral.

Tokoh dan Penanggung Jawab Relawan Setia Tegak Lurus Jokowi ini kemudian mengutarakan, bergabungnya Gibran dan Bobby ke dunia politik justru bisa menjadi pendidikan politik bagi anak muda Indonesia.

Silfester juga berpandangan sampai saat ini Gibran dianggap berhasil mendirikan dan mengembangkan berbagai bisnis. Putra pertama Presiden Jokowi ini juga mampu menjadi kepala keluarga yang baik, bahkan dapat pula memimpin ratusan ribu warga Solo. Dimana berbagai kebijakan dan kerja kerasnya mampu memajukan kota Solo yang menjadi pusat bisnis di Jawa Tengah.

“Mas Gibran berhasil mendirikan dan mengembangkan berbagai bisnis, mampu menjadi kepala keluarga yang baik, dan mampu memimpin ratusan ribu warga Solo. Terutama lewat berbagai kebijakan dan kerja keras untuk kemajuan Kota Solo,” pungkas Silfester. (red)
