JS Simatupang Kegua Umun Panitia Percepatan Pembentukan Propinsi Tapanuli mengajak menandatangi Akta Pusat Informasi Masyarakat Hukum Adat ( Mahudat) berkantor Di Gedung Dewan Pers Jakarta, yang tugas dan fungsinya mensosialisasikan Hasil Simposium dan Petisi LKPASI.
