“Berdasarkan pengembangan kasus, kami telah menetapkan saudara I sebagai tersangka dan telah kami titipkan di Rutan Kelas II Temanggung beberapa hari yang lalu,” ucap Kasi Pidana Khusus (Pidsus) Kejari Temanggung, Suheli, kemarin.
Suheli melanjutkan, berdasarkan pengakuan HW, biaya trip ke Bangka Belitung, Medan dan Makasar sebesar 450 juta. Dari uang sebanyak 450 juta tersebut, 250 juta ditransfer ke rekening pribadi HW, sedangkan 200 juta dipakai atau dipinjam oleh saudara I.
“HW sudah mengakui telah menggunakan uang 250 juta tersebut, bukti transferan ada dan jelas. Sementara I, hingga saat ini belum mengakuinya, padahal bukti-bukti sudah cukup jelas, sudah ada dua alat bukti. Persoalan dia belum mengaku, itu hak dia (I), namun kita tetap menyidik hingga tuntas,” ucapnya.
Masih menurut Suheli, saudara I, pada Sabtu (18/11) malam lalu saat di Rutan Kelas II Temanggung terjatuh, padahal kini tengah hamil tua. Untuk menjamin kesehatan yang bersangkutan dan demi unsur kemanusiaan, kita rujuk ke RSUD Temanggung malam itu juga. “Saat ini yang bersangkutan tengah menjalani pemeriksaan kesehatanya di RSUD Temanggung. Jika sudah pulih kembali, nanti kita bawa lagi ke Rutan,” ungkapnya.
Sementara itu, Kepala Kejaksaan Negeri (Kajari) Temanggung Fransisca J menuturkan, hingga saat ini, pihaknya telah menghadirkan 35 saksi dari 40 saksi yang telah ditetapkan dan akan dimintai keterangan terkait kasus tersebut (kasus pengelolaan Tour and Travel PD Bhumi Phala Temanggung). “35 lima saksi tersebut, berasal dari internal atau karyawan PD Bhumi Phala Temanggung, Setwan DPRD Temanggung dan beberapa sekolah yang telah menggunakan jasa tour,” ucapnya.
Sisca memastikan berkas kasus dugaan korupsi biro perjalanan Tour and Travel PD Bhumi Phala Wisata Temanggung (Pengelola Wisata Pikatan Water Park) akan selesai dan dilimpahkan ke pengadilan tindak pidana korupsi (Tipikor) Semarang pada awal Desember mendatang.
“Target kita awal Desember sudah dilimpahkan. Mengingat tahanan di Rutan Kelas II Temanggung sudah penuh. Selanjutnya, kita akan menangani kasus lain, yakni; menangani kasus dugaan korupsi BKK Pringsurat,” pungkasnya. (van)
