JAKARTA – Kementerian Dalam Negeri melalui Ditjen Bina Pembangunan Daerah melaksanakan Workshop Uji Coba Pengembangan Informasi Pembangunan Daerah dalam Sistem Informasi Pemerintahan Daerah (SIPD).

Workshop dibuka oleh Direktur Jenderal Bina Pembangunan Daerah Kemeterian Dalam Negeri, Dr. Teguh Setyabudi, M.Pd yang didampingi Direktur Perencanaan, Evaluasi dan Informasi Pembangunan Daerah, Iwan Kurniawan, S.T. MM dan Analis Kebijakan Ahli Madya selaku Koordinator Subdit Partisipasi Masyarakat dan Informasi Pembangunan Daerah, yang dilaksanakan secara hybrid, Kamis (Senin, 3 September 2022).

Workshop tersebut merupakan tindak-lanjut dari hasil Rapat Koordinasi Transformasi Pengelolaan Data Pembangunan Daerah pada Informasi Pembangunan Daerah dalam SIPD yang dilaksanakan secara hybrid pada Kamis 22 September 2022. Dan, workshop dimaksud bertujuan untuk mendapatkan masukan dari pemerintah daerah terkait pengembangan SIPD khususnya pada informasi pembangunan daerah dan penyusunan regulasi walidata sebagai antisipasi dalam rangka mendukung kelancaran Pilkada Serentak 2024.

Di dalam pembukaan workshop, Teguh menegaskan bahwa Ditjen Bina Bangda berkomitmen melakukan pengembangan informasi pembangunan daerah dalam SIPD, terutama dalam optimalisasi Data Statistik Sektoral Daerah (DSSD) untuk penyusunan dokumen perencanaan pembangunan daerah.

DSSD menjadi solusi dalam menciptakan data pembangunan yang berkualitas dan dapat dipertanggungjawabkan.

‘’Pengembangan SIPD bertujuan untuk memberikan kemudahan informasi bagi masyarakat melalui rangkaian proses perencanaan secara elektronik yang dilakukan peemrintah daerah secara efektif, efisien, akuntabel dan saling terhubung’,” ungkap Teguh.

Dukungan dari daerah yang mengikuti ujicoba sangat berarti, dan akan menjadi bukti bahwa SIPD dibangun bersama-sama antara Pusat dan Daerah.

Saat ini telah terdapat 30 pemerintah daerah yang bersedia dan berkomitmen untuk ikut-serta dalam uji coba pengembangan, baik melalui penginputan langsung maupun intgerasi. Pemerintah daerah yang telah bersedia dan berkomitmen tersebut, terdiri dari 7 provinsi, 17 kabupaten, dan 6 kota.

Pada kesempatan tersebut, secara simbolis diwakili Provinsi Jawa Barat, Kabupaten Aceh Jaya, dan Kota Semarang.

Teguh juga menegaskan akan memberikan penghargaan bagi pemerintah daerah yng melakukan ujicoba dari awal sampai akhir.

Di akhir acara, Dirjen Bina Pembangunan Daerah menyampaikan kepada daerah yang akan melakukan ujicoba, untuk dapat mengikuti setiap tahapan dari proses penginputan serta dapat berikan kritik, saran dan masukan yang membangun, dan mendorong agar seluruh perangkat daerah terlibat dalam pelaksanaan ujicoba.
