Ditjen Bina Pembangunan Daerah Kementerian Dalam Negeri melaksanakan asistensi terhadap daerah dalam penyusunan Rencana Aksi penerapan Standar Pelayanan Minimal (SPM) untuk seluruh Kabupaten di Daerah Otonomi Baru Wilayah Provinsi Papua Selatan dan Regional I pada hari Kamis, 06 Oktober 2022 di Gammara Hotel Makassar.

Dalam kesempatan itu, Sekretaris Ditjen Bina Pembangunan Daerah Kemendagri Sri Purwaningsih menyatakan terjadi trend peningkatan nilai rata-rata capaian SPM secara nasional pada kurun waktu 2019 hingga 2021.

“Untuk meneruskan pencapaian tersebut, perlu dilakukan upaya percepatan pelaksanaan penerapan SPM di Daerah Otonomi Baru. Karena dokumen rencana aksi merupakan road map pelaksanaan penerapan SPM dan sebagai alat ukur komitmen penyelenggaraan SPM di daerah” ungkap Sri Purwaningsih atau yang akrab disapa Nining saat memberikan sambutan.

Sesuai amanat Pasal 19 dan 21 Permendagri Nomor 59 Tahun 2021 tentang Penerapan SPM, Tim Penerapan SPM Provinsi dan Kabupaten/Kota memiliki tugas diantaranya adalah mengoordinasikan Rencana Aksi Penerapan SPM dalam bentuk peraturan kepala daerah baik Gubernur, Bupati dan Walikota yang diprakarsai oleh biro dan bagian tata pemerintahan.

“Apa yang dilakukan pemerintah saat ini, akan terlihat dampak dan hasilnya pada masa yang akan datang khususnya bagi kemajuan masa depan daerah. Untuk itu perlu adanya kesadaran, kemauan, kerja keras dan komitmen yang serius oleh seluruh pihak di Pemerintah Daerah” ungkap Nining.

Dalam rangkaian acara, termasuk didalamnya diadakan Desk Asistensi Penyusunan Dokumen Rencana Aksi Standar Pelayanan Minimal (SPM) di daerah Regional I Tahun 2022 oleh Sekretariat Bersama SPM Tingkat Pusat.

Desk ini bertujuan untuk melakukan pembinaan umum dan teknis pelaksanaan penerapan SPM yang berpedoman terhadap Rencana Aksi Penerapan SPM di daerah dan meningkatkan pemahaman kepada Perangkat Daerah dalam penerapan SPM khususnya dalam penyusunan Rencana Aksi Penerapan SPM di daerah.
