Kemendagri Minta Pemda Komitmen Jalankan Program Nasional Sejuta Rumah

KESBANG.COM, JAKARTA – Kementerian Dalam Negeri (Kemendagri) melalui Ditjen Bina Pembangunan Daerah (Bangda) mendorong pemerintah daerah (pemda) menjalankan program nasional sejuta rumah. Karena ini menjadi bagian dari komitmen pemerintah memberikan pelayanan publik.

Plt Dirjen Bina Bangda Kemendagri, Diah Indrajati mengatakan, Kemendagri sangat mendukung program ini, karena urusan permukiman dalam UU No. 23 Tahun 2014 tentang Pemerintahan Daerah, masuk sebagai urusan pelayanan dasar pemerintah.

“Kemendagri sangat mendukung dan komitmen mendorong pemda untuk menjalankan program rumah untuk masyarakat berpenghasilan rendah (MBR) ini. Kami akan lakukan evaluasi dan implementasi daerah atas program ini,” kata Diah di Jakarta, Kamis (28/9).

Ia mengatakan, saat ini sudah diterbitkan Permendagri No. 55 Tahun 2017 tentang Pelaksanaan Perizinan dan Non Perizinan Pembangunan Perumahan Bagi Masyarakat Berpenghasilan Rendah. Aturan ini juga mendukung PP No. 64 Tahun 2016 tentang Pembangunan Perumahan MBR.

Bila daerah tak mentaati Permendagri ini, maka ada sanksi tegas disiapkan, khususnya pada kepala daerah. Hal ini tertuang dalam PP No. 12 Tahun 2017 tentang Pembinaan dan Pengawasan. Kepala daerah bisa mendapat teguran, selanjutnya terancam sanski tegas sesuai peraturan yang berlaku.

Kepala daerah, kata dia memiliki janji kepada masyarakat. Mereka juga yang tahu kebutuhan warga di sana sehingga sudah sepatutnya turut membantu jalankan program nasional ini. Apalagi permukiman adalah kebutuhan dasar bagi semua penduduk di Indonesia.

“Selama sesuai aturan dan tertib administrasi, kepala daerah tak perlu khawatir tersandung dugaan kasus korupsi,” tambah dia.
