KESBANG.COM, JAKARTA – Adanya kericuhan yang terjadi pada Rabu (11/10) kemarin di Kantor Kementerian Dalam Negeri (Kemendagri) tak membuat instansi pemerintah pusat ini menutup aksesnya. Suasana sudah kembali kondusif dan Kemendagri masih membukakan pintu untuk masyarakat yang ingin menyampaikan aspirasinya.
“Kami ini Kementerian yang selalu terbuka. Pak Menteri (Mendagri Tjahjo Kumolo) mengatakan untuk selalu terbuka menerima konsultasi dari daerah, maka siapapun dan dari daerah manapun kita terima dengan baik,” kata Kepala Pusat Penerangan (Kapuspen) Kemendagri, Arief M Edie kepada wartawan di Kantor Kemendagri, Kamis (12/10).
Dia menambahan, adanya oknum yang berbuat anarkis di Kantor Kemendagri ini jelas merugikan instansi pemerintah. Sebab, mereka lmerusak fasilitas dan sarana prasarana umum yang merupakan barang milik negara. Sikap ini yang akhirnya menimbulkan perlawanan dari pihak internal Kemendagri karena dianggap sudah melewati batas yg bisa di toleransi.
“Pak Menteri juga menyampaikan bahwa terima kasih dan salut hormat kepada yang telah menjaga kehormatan Kemendagri. Walaupun pak Menteri merasa terganggu dan tertampar, karna ini sudah menghina sekali,” tambah Kapuspen Arief.
Meski kekacauan di Kantor Kemendagri kemarin merupakan ulah dari sekelompok orang yang mengatasnamakan Barisan Merah Putih Tolikara, kata dia bukan berarti mereka bagian dari masyarakat di kabupaten bagian Papua tersebut. Mereka hanya oknum yang membawa nama Tolikara dan ingin memancing kericuhan di tataran pemerintahan.
“Itu dilakukan oleh oknum yang mengatasnamakan warga Tolikara. Kalau orang Papua baik-baik (karakternya) semua. Dan selama ini, warga Tolikara juga baik dan damai,” tambah dia.
Menurut Arief, massa aksi anarkis ini sudah sangat keterlaluan, karena selama ini mereka sudah kerap kali melakukan konsultasi dan berdialog dengan pihak Kemendagri. Bahkan, Mendagri sudah pernah menerima mereka secara resmi di ruangan kerjanya. dan pada saat mereka melakukan aksi di depan kantor, Mendagri menyempatkan untuk mendatangi dan berdialog dengan pelaku aksi ini.
“Waktu itu, mereka di luar lalu Mendagri turun dari mobil menyapa mereka dan mengarahkan untuk bertemu Dirjen Otda dan Polpum Kemendagri pada pagi harinya. Tapi pagi hari bukan pagi-pagi sekali, karena dirjen sedang ada rapat di Menkopolhukam. Tapi mereka tidak mau menunggu, akhirnya ditunggu Pak Dirjen jam 2 siang, mereka tak datang,” tambah dia.
Arief menjelaskan, Dirjen Otonomi Daerah (Otda) Sumarsono dan Dirjen Politik dan Pemerintahan Umum (Polpum) menunggu mereka selama 30 menit, namun tidak datang. Akhirnya, kedua pejabat ini kembali ke aktifitasnya. Tiba-tiba pukul 15.00 WIB mereka kembali datang ke Kantor Kemendagri dan melakukan tindakan anarkis.
“Ada informasi mereka datang lagi sekitar jam 3 lebih, beliau berdua (Dirjen Otda dan Polpum) turun tapi tidak mau lagi diterima. Mereka keluar sambil teriak-teriak ‘inilah saatnya-saatnya, sekarang-sekarang’ ada yang bilang ‘bakar-bakar’ itulah jadi ramai,” ujar Arief.
Menurut Arief, apa yang dilakukan pihak Kemendagri mulai dari aparat keamanan, penjaga kebersihan, sampai para pegawai adalah untuk mengeluarkan mereka dari Gedung Kemendagri. Aksi balasan yang dilakukan bukan untuk melawan, namun mempertahankan Kantor Kemendagri, karena ulah massa aksi yang dianggap sudah melampaui batas.
“Waktu mereka rusak pot kembang, tanaman dan mobil dinas pejabat, kami semua diam. Namun saat mulai melemparkan batu ke arah aparatur di Kemendagri, baru ada aksi balasan karena sudah ada rekannya yang terluka,” tambah Arief.
Mendagri Tjahjo Kumolo juga mendoakan agar para pegawai serta pihak keamanan Kemendagri yang terluka, segera sembuh. Ia menegaskan, Kemendagri sudah berupaya memberikan pelayanan terbaik kepada masyarakat, meski belum maksimal dan tak semuanya puas, namun pihak Kemendagri tetap lakukan yang terbaik semampunya.
