Kemendagri: Pelayanan Digital Desa Babakan Asem Mudahkan Masyarakat

Tangerang – Direktur Jenderal (Dirjen) Bina Pemerintahan Desa (Pemdes) Kementerian Dalam Negeri (Kemendagri) Yusharto Huntoyungo mengapresiasi capaian Pemerintah Desa Babakan Asem yang telah melakukan inovasi pelayanan secara digital. Menurutnya, inovasi tersebut dapat memudahkan pelayanan kepada masyarakat.

“Pendekatan teknologi dengan layanan digital sudah sangat dibutuhkan karena (jumlah) penduduk yang sangat banyak, yang dibutuhkan masyarakat itu (pelayanan) kecepatan yang tinggi, di samping Desa Babakan Asem berada di wilayah bandara,” ujar Yusharto saat melakukan kunjungan kerja ke Desa Babakan Asem, Kecamatan Teluknaga, Kabupaten Tangerang, Jumat (4/2/2022).

Dalam kunjungannya, Yusharto melihat secara langsung inovasi pelayanan digital Anjungan Surat Mandiri (ASM). Melalui ASM ini masyarakat dapat membuat surat secara mandiri dengan cepat. Masyarakat hanya perlu menyentuh monitor untuk mencetak kebutuhan administrasi.

“Kami melihat bahwa digitalisasi yang dilakukan sudah cukup baik, perlu ditingkatkan secara keamanan dan konektivitas terutama data kependudukan,” ungkap Yusharto.

Yusharto berjanji akan memfasilitasi kebutuhan peningkatan tersebut melalui Direktorat Jenderal (Ditjen) Kependudukan dan Pencatatan Sipil (Dukcapil) Kemendagri.

Sementara itu, Kepala Desa Babakan Asem Surta Wijaya mengaku, inovasi yang dibangun pihaknya mampu memudahkan pelayanan kepada masyarakat secara cepat dan efisien.

“Kami membuat inovasi dalam rangka memudahkan pelayanan kepada masyarakat, ASM ini diciptakan oleh putra daerah sendiri,” kata Surta Wijaya.

Adapun Kepala Dinas Komunikasi dan Informatika (Diskominfo) Kabupaten Tangerang Tini Wartini mengapresiasi inovasi yang dilakukan oleh Desa Babakan Asem. Menurut Tini, inovasi tersebut sangat memudahkan masyarakat dalam mengakses pelayanan pemerintahan desa. Ke depan, ia akan terus membina desa lainnya di Kabupaten Tangerang dengan mencontoh capaian Desa Babakan Asem.

“Kami Diskominfo akan terus melakukan pembinaan, dan Desa Babakan Asem ini menjadi contoh desa lain di Tangerang,” pungkas Tini.

Di lain pihak, Staf Ahli Bupati Bidang Pemerintahan, Politik, dan Hukum Sekretariat Daerah Kabupaten Tangerang Cikwi R Inton menilai, kunjungan Dirjen Bina Pemdes ke Desa Babakan Asem sangat berarti bagi daerahnya. Melalui momen tersebut, dirinya mengaku banyak belajar dan mendapat berbagai arahan terkait pembinaan terhadap pemerintahan desa.

“Kami mengucapkan terima kasih banyak atas ilmu beserta arahan dari Pak Dirjen, itu semua sangat bermanfaat, dan saya meminta kepala desa dan camat agar tetap melakukan kontak dengan Pak Dirjen untuk mendapat arahan,” tandasnya. (Lp)
